Very quick and efficient, did everything they said they would 🙂 very happy with the clean.

The cleaning was of a good standard in our new home after we had some work done. It definitely felt a lot more fresh and got our first days in our new home off to a good start. I noticed a some minor areas in the kitchen and bathroom a couple of days after the job was done that could have done with a little more attention (back of th hob and parts of the shower door), but overall a good job. Communication, customer service and cleaning staff very professional.

Sparkle Sparkle arranged a deep clean for us with just 2 days notice. The planning was straightforward and we are very happy with the clean. I would use this company again.

I'm not well and I tried to tidy but my flat wasn't ready to be deep cleaned,the girls did their best to make my place clean and homely again when it was dirty, untidy and I couldn't cope. Flat feels relaxing again. Will book for future cleans

Really happy with the clean we had. We had used this company a few year back when we moved into a property that was left a bit dirty. They did a great job then and have done another grey job today. Very accommodating as we have building works going on as well. The clean is spotless and the ladies tuned up on time and communicated well after booking. Will be using again.

Booked a deep clean at quite short notice, and for a challenging and quite big job. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms & 2 / 3 other rooms. Gave all info online and booked easily. Got confirmation through by text & email within hours. Ashley & the other ladies did a fabulous job! Carpets and upholstery cleaned. Both bathrooms immaculate, and the kitchen looked like a different room. Cleaned from top to bottom. Would highly recommend. Will def be booking again for a regular clean.

Cleaners Ashley and Jacqueline arrived promptly as agreed at 10am. Very friendly and informative about the service. I was more than happy with the thoroughly excellent job that they carried out on all my rooms particularly the bathroom. I would highly recommend Sparkle Sparkle to anyone who requires any type of cleaning to their home. Very reasonable payment rates for the work carried out. I have been in touch with them again in order to arrange a regular cleaning service to help me maintain the great job they
did with my deep clean.

The check idea is a bit of a scam. They finish by mopping, which I don't want to ruin my going in the room. Just before they left they asked me to check, even in the door ways of multiple rooms I pointed out missed areas.

As other reviews state, just avoid. I'd request a partial refund matching whatever the landlord charges me for an incomplete clean, but it seems (from other review) they won't even do that. Will be trying my luck anyway.

Don't waste your time and pay a bit more for a quality service.

The cleaners were very hardworking and respectful. They left the place looking great, such a big differance from before they arrived to them leaving.

Had this company out for a deep clean £319 that's alot of money for a 2 hour service on arrival me & my wife went out thinking everything will be fine , to our horror all doors all PVC wasn't cleaned , behind my microwave wasn't even done my TV stand,mirrors some missed rest streak Mark's ,complained they came out again explained what wasn't done this time we stayed in the house with them still issue's like no radiator's have been done-looking at there previews pay attention to the date's when the picture's where taken,I honestly believe the company has been bought over new management as the girl's in the picture' was not the girl's that came out,I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone let alone family and friend's,stay we'll clear as I'd have cleaned the house better myself feel bad though I wouldn't like anyone to go threw what me and my wife has ,we are still having to clean bit's they cut corners and that's a fact I shouldn't have to still wipe down parts of the house as said my recommendations are don't use this company

I had this cleaning company come back, deep clean I payed for ,was a corner cutting mess , 2 hours 10 min they spent, what they say on the website and do are miles apart, no doors washed mirrors all streaked, no pulling out furniture or wiped down , no grout free tiles , please don't waste your money, the customer service help ,is the same number as the cleaning lady , I have photos and the doorbell camera picked up some of the cleaning as they left my front door open , the carpets were done so I could only look quickly too see if I was happy, which they apparently made my mind up for me as they had everything packed away , waiting outside ready too leave , if you use them don't leave them alone they corner cut ,you need to call them back then deal with the attitude of huff puff , I asked her to do the doors ,WHAT ALL OF THEM, was the reply , I just wanted them out the attitude wasn't nice , one moned of not having her lunch yet as though it was my fault, the other blamed the other for not washing the window, the older lady asked my husband how am I meant too get into the door to clean it , erm very easily he said as he removed a coat stand out her way , yes my husband wrote a review too as he payed half of the £330 award winning customer service, I think someone took over this company since the goid looking pic on website, do your research first before booking this same number for the whole Scotland company cleaner whom has time to be at both cleans

Kelly was so nice, worked hard in roasting weather and did an amazing job with my mums home.

Paid for deep clean, lots of areas missed- even when specifically asked for them to be addressed. Asked for partial refund and was refused- instead offering that they could come back and finish job. By that time I’d already done it myself. Huge waste of money

Got a deep clean done on my home, once again the ladies done a fantastic job!

Response was quick and cleaners turned up when agreed. However, the cleaning of the flat could by no means be described as a deep clean, which is what we paid for.
