Ordered at 11 am the day before ….. communication about stages of delivery was brilliant ….. gift ordered as promised and my niece was delighted with the surprise gift 🎁

We have been customers of Sparkling Direct for a good many years now. They never fail to offer a good range of gifts for all occasions. This time it was a personalised bottle of champagne for the 80th birthday of a friend. In a world when 'certain' couriers invariably let you down, Sparkling Direct ensure they use a quality delivery firm. They have never failed to deliver when they say they will. Furthermore, Sparkling Direct's communication is excellent, dropping an email out to the customer at every stage of the order/despatch/delivery process. The recipient of today's gift has already been in contact to say how much he likes his gift. I can't speak too highly of Sparkling Direct & their truly customer focussed business model.

Very disappointed with my experience. I specifically ordered this item for a special occasion and paid with the expectation that it would be delivered on 4 September as promised. Unfortunately, it did not arrive until 5 September, making it effectively useless for the event it was intended for.

The delivery date was the main reason I chose to order from this company, so receiving it late was extremely frustrating. While I received a response from customer service, I do not feel the outcome adequately addressed the inconvenience caused.

Reliable delivery is essential when customers are purchasing for special occasions, and unfortunately this experience fell well below expectations. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

A very good experience. Good communication before and during delivery. Our gift was as ordered, well packaged and safely delivered on time. Would use again and recommend.

Ordered 4 thank you gift boxes rose moet Chandon with personalised cards

Cards sealed so had to open to check the recipient names so envelope no good.

That is not a big issue however 2 out of 4 boxes damaged. One has crack going through front over thank you wording and the second has no bottom as it’s completely broken off so no thank you gift box just a bottle of champagne.
Really disappointing as spoils the whole look.

The packaging you send the product out in has to improve as you will not get repeat orders. To post only in a cardboard box does not protect the item.

Paul went over and above for me and personally called me with updated tracking information after contacting them with concern over being out the house on the day of delivery. Well impressed with this company! Sending gifts from Sydney to London can be difficult but Sparkling made it really easy. The web site made ordering and personalising simple,and more important delivered on time to the correct address. Would recommend
