Sparkling Direct Reviews 

I came across Sparkling Direct during a last minute panic last Christmas for client gifts last year, and they’re so good, I’ve been back again this year! I’ve only sent champagne, so can’t comment of their other products but they have a large range of options, reasonably priced, lots of different packaging options (celebration boxes etc), genuine next-day delivery - even in December! And a great comma system that tells you when each item is en route, and has been delivered. Really happy with this service, and would really recommend it.

Very prompt service and a wonderful response to my query when my friend hadn't received her gift. She has since found it.

placed an order on the 26th Nov for delivery on the 28th. Item not despatched and now can't get hold of anyone in customer services via phone or email!

Absolutely disappointed. Will call tomorrow to raise my concerns. Prosecco bottle is too big for the the wooden box provided. To the point it had damaged the prosecco bottle and the personalised label . The personalised label was not stuck down properly and had to to do it myself. Absolutely gutted. Not wheat I expected. Looks damaged and cheap. Plus it doesn’t even fit in the box. Quality of the label is disgusting

Although I have only seen the present on line my friend has contacted me today to say she has received her birthday gift and is absolutely delighted. It was delivered on the correct day and quite early. Excellent service

As with my 3 orders over the last three weeks, (Sept Oct busy months for me) The service has been excellent. Delivery done on time. Website easy to navigate. However today my order for a 75th Birthday Gift was delivered with a 21st Birthday balloon. I was quite mortified. Luckily for you and me my very understanding sister-in-law did see the funny side as she always says she is still 21 in her head.

The addition of cheese was different to other companies.Expensive but efficient service..very good.

Ordered a gift on the 8th October for delivery on the 10th October (birthday on the 12th October).

The package didn't leave the hub for 4 days and I have finally received notification that it's being delivered today... 2 whole days after the event I ordered it for. Pointless.

I won't be buying from here again.

Thank you Thank you. From Australia I was able to place my order for a friend getting married in the UK. The ability to personalise the gift and write the card and see how it was going to look was fantastic, it was so easy to place my order. It was delivered yesterday 1/10/25 and my friend was over the moon, as was I when she sent me a photo. I will definitely use Sparkling Direct again.

Great company I can rely on them to deliver my gifts in a timely manner - love sparkling direct .. as it saves me time and shopping.
