We have been with SpartaTelecom for 5 years. It has proven to by far the best and most reliable provider for us. On rare occasions when I have had to contact there customer services, the member of staff has been very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.

That reply is laughable. You have been reported to fraud and marked at my bank. I do not need to provide anything to you as the bank concluded that your actions are fraudulent. It’s only a matter of time until the police find you.

Received a reply from Sparta Telecom. Evidence that they are linked to multiple companies can be found on the government website including the same named directors linked to multiple companies. Once they have your details you cannot cancel their « services » as they recreate new DDs over and over again. I have paid a visit to your « business address » with no one there. Be cautious. These people are scammers!

my grandmother has been scammed out of up to 170 pounds every month for a service she never received or signed up for. 170 for broadband she do not have??? They pray on elderly, vulnerable people. Probably live in the neighbourhood and watch who they can scam out of hundreds of pounds! Vicious! Not only this, this scammer has sister companies and claims to provide boiler and appliance services they never offer. SCAMMERS. you have been warned. STAY AWAY

We request you kindly provide us with any supporting evidence that all the positive reviews have been written by our call office but not by the customer. Also, kindly advise how did you come to a conclusion that Sparta Telecom employees live in the neighbourhood of their customers.
We understand that you might have had a bad experience with some company and advise not to gauge every company on the same scale. Sparta Telecom is a trusted brand for thousands of customers and is among the most economical telecom service providers in the UK.
We have been in the business for more than a decade and are regulated by the bodies that regulate all other big telecom companies in the UK.
We feel that your remarks are highly motivated by anger and frustration and are not based on real information.

Another scam call from 'Reliable Appliance Repairs' last week. In the argument they again stated that 'Sparta Telecom' collect their direct debits.
Perhaps Mr Singh would ask his wife why she is still using his company to collect her direct debits ?

We would like to clarify that Sparta Telecom is an independent company. All the other company names that you have mentioned are not related to Sparta Telecom. This is astonishing that you are able to know that all the companies you have listed are TPS offenders and are connected to Sparta Telecom, where the last 3 from the list do not even look active as a company and we were not able to find Vee Telecom.
We urge you to check your facts again.

SCAM company do no use
SCAM company do no use. Signed my vulnerable relative onto a contract, took payment for a year for a product that does not work. 4 promises of engineers coming out to investigate but all never arrived. Sending bills to advise no payment required and charging £1 for the notification to be sent plus VAT. No UK contact and unable to make contact via Linkedin as profiles locked down and faces obscured.
