I’ve had prescription glasses before which has always been an easy process just entered my details after picking my frames & Sat back and waited to receive them. Always been very happy with them. Just recently I sent in an old pair of glasses I had as I liked the frames. They put new glass in them as per my prescription. The wait wasn’t very long maybe within 2 weeks turn around. Very happy with their work. Prices are very good too. Will definitely use them again & recommend to people.

The website is easy to navigate and the choice pretty comprehensive. I've now bought three pairs of spectacles with a total cost less than one pair from high street opticians.
Being long sighted I have quite thick lenses and Specky advise if frames selected might be not suitable for the lenses. Good care.
My orders have arrived in good time and I am kept advised at what stage the specs are at.
Efficient service

Two pairs of glasses. Showing as despatched weeks ago but nothing received. Something going wrong with this company. Be very careful.

Great value, great customer service. Have bought 8 or so pairs of glasses (or had old pairs reglazed) over the years, and I've never had a bad experience. I appreciate that they have a decent range of smaller frames to choose from. Very easy to place your order, fairly quick turnaround in making the glasses. The only negative is they keep sending me discount offers and I keep thinking, 'oh, I like those frames and they're only £22 with lenses and postage...' I don't need any more glasses!

Great glasses at very good price. Very pleased with speed of dispatch and glasses were excellent. I especially like the transition glasses.

I would recommend SFE to others, I got the link from the Martin Lewis website that had killer discounts. SFE had great discount on designer glasses. I got my delivery within a reasonable time. I wasn't best pleased with one of the glasses and that is the tricky bit about online only that sometimes you don't get to try it. I would love to exchange it or something as I got two pairs and one is perfect. I would recommend them as greta discounts and a bargain for designer glasses.

Used this company several times. Other on line companies wanted to force me to have coatings or pay 4X the lens price. This company is straight forward, prompt, competent and supplied good quality frames at a very reasonable price.

The customer services team were really helpful and quick to respond, and overall, my quite unusual request was very skillfully dealt with. I'm super happy with the outcome.

I have used Speckyfoureyes on 3 occasions now .They are a fab company ,responds quickly to emails and very fair on prices .Pick your frames ,upload your prescription .Check out and pay .If you receive your frames and they are not correct ,they will change and send out a new pair .No fuzz ,no hassle brilliant company .Well done all at Specky .

Firstly, they're great value. I've received a pair of ted baker sunglasses which were great, some All Saints glasses and I used their reglazing service. There was an issue with the reglazing and they managed to source some new frames from the original designer company and replaced it all for free. With a brand new designer box. Over and above service. Thanks
