The lenses in the glasses arrived in an unclean state with surface smears and not fit to wear. However the company dealt with it well: ‘ We can only assume that your glasses missed this process for some unknown reason as this is the last process the glasses receive before they are sent for shipping.
Please accept our sincere apology and we would like to offer you a discount as a goodwill gesture for this happening. We would like to offer you 25% off the price you paid as a refund’
l have noticed a few negative reviews re: time glasses take to arrive but if you take this into account when you order, as they specify, the wait is worth it with regard to quality of the end product at such a great price.

Absolutely terrible experience from this company. Ordered a pair of glasses which were on offer, but had to wait over a month for delivery. Terrible service and poor communication with order updates.

They did take longer than originally specified to process my application, but after contacting to check the status of the order they apologised and provided a reasonable explanation for the delay. In addition they made sure that I would receive my sunglasses for my imminent holiday, sending them by special delivery at no extra charge.

Very happy with my prescription sunglasses and the service I received from SpeckyFourEyes. Their communication was excellent. The glasses took 4 weeks as they were inundated with orders via the MSE (Martin Lewis) offer. As I was taking advantage of this discounted price too I didn’t mind. I’ll certainly use them again.

I ordered prescription sunglasses and although these took longer than usual to deliver, I am really pleased with them as they look good and more importantly, are very comfortable. Designer prescription sunglasses at a great price. Have ordered before and will definitely order from Specky Four Eyes again. Have already recommended to a friend.

There was a wait time for delivery of the spectacles, but when I contacted speckyfoureyes they replied promptly with an explanation for the delay. The spectacles, when they arrived, were better than I expected and I enjoy wearing them, they fit perfectly and the lenses are sharp.

Helpful staff

The web site is very clear, the range is great and the prices (especially with a discount code from Money Saving Expert) are unbeatable. The two pairs of glasses that I ordered are both perfectly fine. The only downside is that the lead time when ordering glasses is long, so it may be over a month from placing an order to receiving the glasses, but you’re kept fully informed with an email at every step of the production process.

Really happy with my prescription sunglasses. Customer care was also very helpful and were able to push my order as I needed it sooner, very happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

Amazing quality glasses at a price I find it amazing they can sell and deliver it. Iv bought 5 pairs for same price as one from Asda and they are cheap. Long delivery time but worth the wait

Purchased my glasses from the Martin Lewis promotion, really happy with the glasses that I ordered obviously you can't try them on so was dubious about ordering. It's my first pair of prescription glasses (occupational use) and have to say communication was great, brilliant price and the look really nice and great quality too. Will look to order again

Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. I lost my glasses on holiday and after reading Martin Lewis website, decided to use speak four eyes to order a quick new pair for driving when I got home. After ordering the glasses they then wanted me to polarise them and custermise them at an extra price, which I declined. It appeared on the website upon ordering that the glasses would take 2-4 days to be delivered. This however is not correct on reading the small print and a take upto 30 days? And then 2-4 days for delivery after completion of the glasses.
After an email enquiry asking when they might arrive, I received a curt reply to say they would be ready when they were ready!!
The following day ,a week after I had ordered,I received a further email to say that the frames I had ordered were no longer available.
Do not touch this company if you can avoid

I made a mistake entering my prescription details, but they made every effort to correct it, including free frames when mine were lost in the post. Genuinely excellent customer service and the glasses are exactly what I was expecting.

Very well priced frames, glazing is mediocre and the frames creak when opened, but they do the job. However, the processing and delivery times are unacceptably long. 3-4 weeks for single vision lenses isn’t ok. I’ve ordered glasses from china that have arrived within a week and are of better quality I’m afraid. I’m not sure if they’re overwhelmed after Martin Lewis promoted them, but it’s letting them down.

A great choice of frames and prices. I found out about this company from Martin Lewis' money saving expert page. I used the MSE discount on my order. The ordering process was straightforward and I was kept updated by email on my order every step of the process. I uploaded my prescription later as I did not have it at the time. This was easy too. When my glasses arrived, they looked great and fit well. Unfortunately one of the lenses moved about when I cleaned them so I had to arrange a return. The process was straightforward but it did not give a timescale on repair/replacement once they had received the item back. In the meantime I had no reading glasses. You do have to pay the initial postage for return but this is credited back once the glasses are booked back in with the company. I left a message via telephone to query this. I received an email apologising for the delay in response. This was due to staff leave and them being super busy due to the special offers they had on at the moment. The frames I had initially ordered were out of stock so they suggested they send me a pair of replacement glasses in the interim, same frame, different colour and fast track them so I would receive them as soon as possible. Then they would send me my original pair back to me repaired. This was more than I expected as I would have been happy with a repair on my original frames. It is inevitable that issues will arise from time to time when ordering goods online. It's how it's handled that counts. Good customer service is every bit as important to me as price and quality. I would not hesitate to order my glasses from this company again. The resolution was more than generous and I was impressed with how fast I received the replacement and my repaired pair too. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again. Even without the MSE discount, they have a wide variety of great looking glasses at really reasonable prices.

I would definitely recommend SpeckyFourEyes, I ordered Botaniq frames on the Thursday and they were delivered to me on the Monday. Excellent service and great value for money. 10/10 from me!
