My new sunglasses were delivered as quickly as possible. They were very well packaged and survived the long journey to Germany perfectly. I'm very happy with them. Thank you :)

Original order was discontinued. Oliver called me and we changed to a different color same frame. Arrived today and they are super. Put my lenses in and I’m good to go. Thanks for all the help Oliver!

I’ve worked with Spec Collective several times, both to purchase specialty sunglasses and to have them repaired. Each time, they’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The customer service has been consistently excellent.

You can do better pricewise if you just dig around a little bit. Customer service is OK when it’s OK and if you want, it’s iffy.

Purchased a pair of Matsuda frames. Received the frames without a certificate of authenticity. It was clear that they have sent these frames out a number of times based on the the address labels they covered up. I immediately called and they said they would send me one???!! Very suspicious. You do not sell Matsuda frames without the certificate of authenticity. Specs Collective would not reimburse me shipping for misrepresenting Matsuda. Will never recommend this company.

I ordered frame on Nov 04 but no delivery by Nov 29,2025 without reasonable response.
It is the worst case.

Beautiful high quality frames and smooth transaction. Very competitive pricing. My glasses were exactly what I wanted. Packaging was first class. Thanks for using UPS. Communication was excellent regarding the shipping for my frames since these are boutique products and not a commodity quick ship product. I really appreciate the good customer service.

Love the Specs. Thanks Specs Collective

Took an order for frames they didn't even have, and then later cancelled it without notice or good explanation. These guys seem like shady reselling drop shippers that take an order and then hope to hell they find someone that can send the glasses... I would never shop here again, and would strongly reccomend that actually wants to recieve the product they ordered so the same.

Specs Collective has been a great source for my favorite eye glass frames, especially hand-made, high quality brands that are not available, locally. They offer an excellent selection at a reasonable price, including free delivery. And their customer service is exceptional.

Love specs collective! The website is super easy to navigate, great options, awesome customer service!!! Oliver rules!
