Love my Shades Thank you Specs

Great product range, fair prices, and great service.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping on Specs Collective, I finally found the sunglasses I had been searching for a long time. The experience was nothing short of outstanding, as they not only delivered the sunglasses within the estimated timeframe but also exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and service. I can confidently say that this won't be the last time I shop with them.

The service of Specs Collective is total rubbish.
I ordered a frame and paid $63 for an express UPS shipment. However, I received the frames after 15 days!

The shipment does not include a return label, and now I have to pay another $63 to return an item I cannot use.

Had the color that the local shop couldn't get. Has a virtual try-on service. And price is good as well, with fast shipping and good communication.

This is my second purchase from Specs Collective, both times dealing with Oliver who's been great! We'll see I might be purchasing sunglasses soon.

My eyeglasses are stunning, i searched all over for these. Took a little time to receive but worth the wait. Couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be back for more purchases.

Specs Collective pricing was very appealing when compared to frame prices locally.

I placed an order for a Matsuda glasses 10601h shiney gold it was around $625 anyways I waited a long time without any clue tried everything email phone social media and couldn't reach them, they never answer after a while they send me an email because i left something in cart to say that they will help me if i need assistance to finalize the order so i took the opportunity and explained my problem appreantly they bought the glasses from the real supplier after i placed the order and the guy explained that it will arrive to thier office and just then they can ship it so lets cut it short it took them 16 days to deliver my package which was a birthday gift that I already passed btw i paid for ups express which is 2-5 days maximum. The surprise was the glasses arrived damaged one of the arm was bended so i give the sunglasses away because I couldn't gift it to anyone like that. I didn't contact them either because they will never answer.

Update after their shady reply : With all due respect the answer is structured in a shady way why don't you actually say when the order was placed and how many emails and phone calls remained not answered and you just mention the one who you answered honestly you guys are professional scammers, And about your returning policy do you really think i will break my head with such. The company paying extra money to send back an order and waits for the mercy of if they will be kind enough to consider replying back or find 101 ways around to scam me with the amount!!!!

Ordering process was easy. Great communication confirming my order. Along with an email explaining when to expect an update and how long the shipping process takes. My glasses arrived within the estimated timeframe and are incredible. Really pleased with the frames. Would highly recommend.

Ordered glasses on May 1st, 2023 and it is already on June 7th. They told me the ETA would be the middle to end of May. However, I haven't received any updates or a tracking number. I have sent emails twice to ask if there is any updates but they always send emails back with the same message like "Thank you for your patience with your order. We have reached out to Yuichi Toyama requesting an update and will get back to you as soon as possible. "
Now I'm kind of worried about if I can receive the product.

Had to be a little patient with the wait (about a month) but was worth it considering the quality of work done on the eyeglasses - accurately cut and fitted lenses to the frame and my prescription.

Delivery was faster than expected and I love my new glasses! I will definitely order from here again.

Responsive to email, took a little longer than I anticipated but they told me they were waiting on a response from the designers. I ordered 1/19 and received 2/1. Shipped and packaged protectively and frames arrived in great shape ready for my optometrist to put in lenses. Very pleased!
