Never answer phones, hardly reply to emails. Bad customer service. Take your money and they dont care. Go somewhere else!

Taken money but no policy documents?
Paid for travel Insurance online- money has been taken but no confirmation email or policy documents sent to my email address so can’t really comment on how good they are.
