I traded with SpeedUpTrader.com, attracted by their promises of funded trading accounts. After paying the required fees and successfully passing their evaluation, I was informed that I had violated unspecified rules, leading to immediate disqualification. Attempts to get clarification from customer support were ignored. Fortunately, with the assistance of the person in my display picture, I was able to recover my funds.

Muy mala, tenía una cuenta financiada con ellos la cual me la cerraron por una regla que agregaron al tiempo de ya tener mi cuenta, la cual según ellos notificaron al correo pero nunca me llegó, además que su creador pide dinero para ayudar a un supuesto sobrino y después ves en su instagram subiendo fotos en una mansión y con lujos, 0 coherencia.

We passed the evaluation then the trouble started. They don't use bad data but they did institute 2 rules by email after we signed the contract, which they used against us to close the account a few weeks later, after we reset the live account for $500 once. They seem more interested in gouging beginning traders than they are in making winning traders. Stay away probably. All rules should be clearly stated in the contract in the beginning, not in one line emails after the fact.

I tried speedup despite the youtube video with the trader that showed he made 17k and they never paid him they came up with a reason why they should pay him which was a card dispute but still allowed him to pay them after the dispute but i though well if i dont give them a reason and dont request and dont request a large amount to withdraw I'll be fine and with 60% off it was worth trying as they are 1 of 2(other is topstep) the only companies that offers an online trading platform. Im a fulltime trader so passing these evals are really not that hard for me it took me 1 attempt to be funded 10 days following the consistency rule on the largest account. Paid the step up fee and was running within a week .. This company is clearly running a ponzi scheme where they are paying funded traders from the subscription fees they collect. The "funded" account is demo so anything over maybe 4k they will delay delay delay until you break a rule. You have to request to be paid before Wed to be hopefully be paid the same week or next week there is no real fixed time. I got about $6k from them before they used the delay and stall tactic a few of the payments i had to email them for weeks to get paid also a few of my request where simply never paid but i had this in the back of my mind from the youtube video i simply ate the loses and made a new request for funds. BTW there is now a rule for funded accounts where ALL trades have to be above 30 seconds or your account will be closed. stay AWAY from this company as i trade YM there is no way you wont violate this rule . Luckily just as i received my money i blew the account. Also every month while funded I had to email them to enable my data this company is running on fumes you hope to get paid is that enough suckers have paid them so they can pay you. I'd stick with the other companies topstep, uprofit, earn2trade, bulenox,leeloo, apex,....oneup(they are dead last due to the fact that the prices are not competitive at all)

really easy for them to take your money but when its time for them to give you a refund, they will find multiples excuses not to pay you. they will tell you that you break a law. Big scam

Speeduptrader es una empresa 100% confiable. Desde el.inicio con las pruebas he tenido la colaboracion del personal de soporte, y a pesar de que hubo una demora muy larga con el tema de mis retiros, la empresa siempre me brindo acompañamiento hasta que el tema engorroso con las entidades bancarias se resolvio. Recomendada 100%. Como oportunidades de mejora falta ajustar bien la pagina web para usar todos sus servicios.

Mi experiencia ha sido nefasta pague una primera prueba me la activaron de inmediato la perdí hasta allí todo bien, pague otra prueba con el mismo usuario y llevo esperando más de 6 días a qué me activen la cuenta no puedo ingresar a operar me pasa lo mismo que a otros que leí en este foro que llevan más de un mes esperando !! … lo mismo te contestan por email pidiéndote disculpas que ya me harán saber cuando lo arreglan y nada, pido que me devuelvan el dinero y me dice que no devuelven una vez generado el pago … eso en España se llama Robar , por favor hacerme saber donde me puedo quejar que entidades supervisan a esta empresa de Fondeo.??

is big scam nobody replay for request, no support for trader no level 2 data market, free platforme are useless. is bad experiences uprofit, oneuprader and topstep are best,
i demanded refund and anceling my test , my support dont reply to my request since 4 day, you take my money for nothing .

A sido una experiencia sumamente desagradable con Speedupfx.
Pague por sur servicios, pase su prueba, firme un contrato de 30 páginas, les pague 120$ más dicen ellos que por pago administrativo, el 13 de octubre del 2020 me confirmaron la entrega de mi cuenta financiada de 6000$ en forex y ya han pasado más de nueve meses y sigo esperando. Cada vez que les pregunto me dicen que no me pueden dar ninguna fecha y me ofrecen devolverme el dinero que les pague y yo les respondo que no quiero mi dinero de vuelta quiero es mi cuenta financiada motivo por el cual contraste sus servicios.

Lo peor en empresas de fondeo.

4 días después de haber empezado la prueba, la data dejó de funcionar.

Soporte decía que la data estaba funcionando. Si la data hubiera estado funcionando, nunca los hubiera contactado en primer lugar.

Como soporte no me quería dar solución, contacté a CQG y ellos me confirmaron que había un problema con la data y que SpeedUp podia arreglarlo. Sin embargo, SpeedUp se negó a proveer una resolución al problema, me dijeron que contactara a Sierra Chart (mi plataforma).

Contacté a Sierra Chart y ellos también confirmaron que no era problema de plataforma, SpeedUp podia y debía resolver el problema. De nuevo, SpeedUp se negó a proveer una solución.

CQG también me recomendó contactar a AMP, así que bueno, contacté a AMP... AMP me dijo que no tenían control sobre los demos de SpeedUp y que ellos no podían arreglar el problema con la data.

Todo esto pasó en el transcurso de 4 días mas o menos a través de innumerables correos (tengo prueba de todo).

Al fin, como había agotado toda posible solución y aun seguía sin poder operar, les pedí un reembolso porque obviamente no podia utilizar el servicio. Me dijeron que no me podían dar un reembolso tampoco.

Así que para hacer la historia corta, perdí el dinero que con mucho esfuerzo invertí en la prueba.

He hecho pruebas de fondeo con numerosas empresas y nunca había tenido un problema hasta ahora.

No recomiendo SpeedUp a nadie. Su rating acá en Trustpilot, es muy malo. Mejor trabajen con las otras empresas en el mercado.

One of the great things is that the test is only one step and not two. It's also only a minimum of 10 days which is great.

I've been with other companies that the process was more than a month (convenient since there are monthly charges right?)

The support team is super fast at resolving any issues which is important due to the time constraints of the market. I did have one issue with the platform where it did seem like it manipulated my orders and I ended up losing money. The support team checked my logs and it was actually my internet that cut off. If there was one negative thing I think I'd say it's probably that the platform is a little sensitive to internet issues. Maybe it's my internet though I don't know.

Overall it was a good experience I certianly would rather have a test that is only a minimum of 10 days instead of over a month 👍

I ended up using the new 2.0 system with quantower. At first I thought I was getting scammed because it was a different system than all the others (rithmic) and I couldn’t get it connected. After support helped me resolve the issue I was able to get going without any issues. Overall I would say it was a good experience. Haven’t withdrawn yet but very near to getting the withdrawel 💪🏻

This company does not belong amongst the likes of other prop firms. They are scammers and liars. They say on their website they work with 40+ platforms. I use motivewave and there was no data coming through. Motivewave confirmed this with the errors I was getting. When you contact support their answer was use Quantower or CQG desktop both of which are alien to me and the reason they are free is because they are useless. Their support didn’t even try to help. These guys are total amateurs and don’t belong. Do not use them! Support less than one star. Liars and cheats. How can you trade without data. Total joke from start to finish.

I cant say anything negative about the company. I completed the test, got the funded account a few days later, the withdrawals are done weekly and everything has been going smoothly so far. Highly recommended!

Scammers!!! Purchased the 100.000$ account Speedup 2.0 with Tradingview as platform. First day made profit. Second day made a profit. Third day, first transaction a loss. Second transaction (buy 5 contracts), market goes to SL and executed 1 contract and the other 4 still gone against me till I reach the daily limit loss (about 50 points). Since I was away from the computer, I didn’t see what happened. They don’t care about this situation. The account is deactived and not eligible to funding, but I am reminded by them that I can always purchase a new test.

The bottom line is that they don’t care to fund the traders. They just take the money from the new accounts. Discount of 60%?! Really? It sounds to good to be true. And it has proven that is not true.

Servicio pesimo. Contestan los mails que les interesan, si tienes dudas de los dias que llevas, o porque la web da error, ni contestan. La pagina web por la que deberias tener el control de la actividad de tus operaciones (como dicen en sus anuncios) no funciona nada, tienes que estar apuntando tu tus propios movimientos.

Muy deficientes en general.

Ya ha pasado más de una semana y aún sigo sin obtener respuesta, ALERTA, cuidado con estos tramposos irresponsables, aléjense de ellos o perderán su tiempo y dinero, esta cosa llamada "speeduptrader" es lo PEOR que existe actualmente en el mercado, deberían cambiar su nombre a "speeduptrampa" o "speedupestafa".

Highly unprofessional company.
I had an issue with my account, be no one is interesing, the account is blocked, days are passing but the support don't care as long as they took their money.
They bring you by their attractive promotion then block your account for no reason, oneuptrader is much more fair and do not cheat on people.

I know that speedup is relatively new company and has great potential for success with their offer but they need to focus on the customer support which is non-existing. I`m comparing speedup to other prop internet firms and the speed of the replies are instant there but for speedup you have to wait couple hours and the problem is still not solved, it`s very annoying cause they are asking for one thing, than for the next and we are going back and forth with no result another day cause for every reply you have to wait couple hours and obviously I still can`t trade with no real reason behind. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly but for now, although their offer is great, customer support is just terrible.
