Seguimos sin información de la cuenta y voy a cancelar la suscripción para que no me.cobren de nuevo y sorpresa no puedo cancelar desde el dashboard, por favor que nadie haga nada con esta empresa es una estafadora

I've signed up for their test 2 times, the first time I just cancelled subs because I couldn't handle it yet (months ago) - No problems at all and I was able to use NT. Definitely 4-5 stars here.
However:
Now I signed up again, but with their new "SpeedUp 2.0" system the issues keep coming and the support team while usually fast, doesn't seem to pay enough attention. I have to repeat things over and over again and it's getting really annoying. At this point the email count is at 50 and my time to complete the test is getting taken away from me.

Edit, as of December 14th it got fixed, however I don't get my lost days back. Because of this, it's very likely I won't reach the goal because of the holidays which result in low volatility.

Regarding price:
If you want to use NinjaTrader (you can't if you paid for SpeedUp 2.0), you now have to pay $50 extra compared to the other options and you need to have a license as well. I have no idea why this change was needed (this also applies to TradingView - silly). Not a problem, other popular companies are cheaper and include a license for the test.

They also don't seem to take suggestions seriously. I asked to make paypal an option to pay multiple times but as of today nothing.

Mi experiencia con SpeedupTrader fue mala en el principio. Al parecer estaban teniendo problemas con los servidores debido a muchas peticiones por el Black Friday. Al fin tengo la cuenta con ellos ... ha costado un poco pero bien

Todo fue muy bien y muy buena experiencia.

Excelente servicio al cliente; la pagina web para hacer seguimiento a la prueba es fácil y amigable de manejar. Una vez pasada la prueba y hecho el dinero base (colchón) solicitas tus retiros y recibes los pagos en menos de una semana. Empresa tiene constantes promociones en pro de ayudar al trader. Muchas gracias.

Acabo de hacer un retiro de 500. En este momento exacto son 5 salarios mínimos en mi país que sufre una inflación sin precedentes.

El soporte de SpeedUp siempre me trato con amabilidad, responsabilidad y paciencia. Eso genera un cambio total en mi día a día. Mientras comenzaba a ser day trader también me hizo ser más sensato a la hora de tomar decisiones, ser consciente de las perdidas, querer aprender más sobre cada sub-mundo de los derivados financieros (acabo de sacar algunos títulos en finanzas avalados), querer ser mejor cada día, levantarme con ánimos e intentar dar lo mejor en cada posición abierta.

Estoy muy agradecido por todo y espero poder seguir rindiendoles.

Constructive note: They can improve the response time of emails, and regarding the deposit of withdrawals you should ask the trader if he agrees that the deposit is made in PayPal or his bank account.

Desde el comienzo la comunicación siempre ha sido super buena, las respuestas son ágiles y claras. En el proceso de retiro se tomaron menos de 2 días para que estuviera en mi cuenta, así que me encuentro muy satisfecho con el excelente servicio de SpeedUp Trader y espero seguir asi por mucho tiempo.

I have been in speeduptrader for approximately 10 months, and in my experience I find that it is one of the best companies in the field, it makes payments every week and once you earn the fund you do not have to maintain any monthly payment. The only thing I can say is that perhaps the news rule could be smaller, with less inoperable news.
