Paguei o envio expresso porque tinha urgência na encomenda, recebi mail a confirmar que tinham enviado com previsão de entrega para hoje, tento rastrear não dá, entro em contacto com a dhl para perceber porque não consigo rastrear ao que me respondem que ainda não lhes foi entregue a encomenda, e não consigo falar com ninguém da sports Direct para saber o que se passa

Tudo perfeito só o embalamento péssimo! Caixa completamente destruída o que pode deixar dúvida se de facto o produto é o original!
Devem sem dúvida melhorar isso.

mesmo tendo sido no tempo estimado de entrega , a entrega foi até ao último dia estimado e para além disso ainda vinha marcado na caixa 37€ quando eu paguei por elas 40€ + portes .
Na minha opinião teriam-se dado ao trabalho de retirar a etiqueta de preço

Bom preço, site simples e com boas campanhas e marcas.

My parcel didn’t get yet ! Two days late

Since, the shoes i wanted, went out offf stock after i had purchased them* see my other review

I made a new order, all is fine, waiting to arrive.

But, why doesnt it show on my account, under orders?

The only proof i have is an email, nothing shows on the app

Tell me this doesnt sound fishy ...

Anyway, on my other review, i bought, 3 minutes later got a cancelation, out off stock

The next weedend they were avaiable on my size and same color

How i was surprised, and jolly

Because i still havent received my money back

Tell me this store is trustworthy because i cant see it

Anyway, i went and bought some other shoes, yup, i m that stupid :D

Podia ser melhor, se a entrega tivesse sido efectuada de acordo com a previsão, dia 13 de Maio, quando aconteceu somente a 15.

Buying online with Sports Direct seems easy… until you have a problem.
I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers,paid for the sneakers and paid shipping as well. The website gave me a clear delivery window: between the 11th and 13th of May.
On the 14th of May, with no sign of the order (which was still stuck somewhere between London and Madrid), I contacted support. Their first response was essentially: “Wait another 10 working days”.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a product and a delivery service with a specific deadline, and the only solution offered is to wait even longer. The prices may be competitive, but the shopping experience and customer support are abysmal.
This was my first purchase with Sports Direct Portugal and it will definitely be my last.
P.S. I will not be waiting 10 days. I am keeping all records and screenshots. If I do not receive a proper solution very soon, I will initiate a chargeback with my bank and file complaints with the relevant consumer protection organisations.

Boa tarde !! Paguei mais 11€ para que a encomenda chegasse no dia 14 e não a recebi , para receber apenas no dia 15 não tinha sido necessário pagar tanto de portes!
Lamentável a situação pois o artigo era para ser usado já no dia 14

Produtos de qualidade,entrega rápida e bons preços. Excelente

Os produtos nao tem qualidade e parecem não ser originais. Comprei vários produtos da Nike e os ténis nem vinham com o papel em volta, cordões largos, como se já tivessem sido usados. Penso que às vezes é melhor pagar um pouco mais e saber que o material tem qualidade e é original.

Bons preços, mas muito, muito lento na entrega no panorama actual.

O prazo de entrega estimado por si ja é muito demorado, ainda mais quando hoje é a data estimada de entrega e os CTT não recolheram a encomenda da alfândega. Não é uma boa experiência na entrega
