They lady taking the measurements was very helpful and informed, the kit arrived promptly and the instruction videos were easy to follow. For some like me with very average DIY skills, it was straightforward and the end result looks great!

My experience with Stairfurb was a breeze, from placing the order right through to the post-sale support. I have to admit, I wasn’t convinced that installing a staircase myself would be an easy DIY job, but I was pleasantly surprised!

The installation was much easier than I expected, and once everything was completed, the transformation looked fantastic. It has completely changed the look of my staircase, and I’m really chuffed with the result.

If I had to do it again, I absolutely would without hesitation, do it again with StairFurb!

Quality products and a helpful team of people to ensure that the order is corrrect before placing it. A highly skilled carpenter fitted the staircase parts for me and found the products easy to work with. I have a new staircase with both a modern and traditional twist now. I’m thrilled with it.

StairFurb were such an amazing company to purchase my new balustrade from; everything about them is so efficient and straightforward. The staff member on my video call was so helpful with showing me how to take the measurements, and just making the process so easy. I was surprised at how quickly my partner and I were able to install the new balustrade, as it took under 2 hours, but the instructions from StairFurb just made it so easy, especially when we are not experienced DIY’ers. We went with the oak rails and black spindles, and we have had so many compliments from guests at our home. Many of them are now considering purchasing their own. I can’t recommended StairFurb enough!

A fantastic company to deal with from the very start to the end.
The help provided on the video call ensured that all the measurements were spot on.
I needed one banister rail urgently due to an aged relative coming to stay with me they fully supported my request and delivered in 3 days.
The remaining items (stainless steel rails and glass fittings) were delivered on a date agreed by them and myself.
Fitting was dead easy using their instructional video even with my dodgy hip and knees. And the finished product fitted first time and looks great.
The quality of the product is excellent the delivery service was spot of.
We are so pleased with the new banister rails we are looking at their outside range to go round our decking.

My staircase was measured by recommended fitters.

When the new newells arrived they looked wrong. The fitters checked their original measurement which were given to StairFurb and found that the supplied newells were too big so could not be fitted. New newells of the correct size were sent and fitting went ahead.

All was going well until one piece of glass was found to be the wrong size. Once again the original measurements were checked and the glass was found to be the wrong size. A replacement piece of glass was then delivered - it was the same size as the original wrong sized glass. A further piece of glass was sent which was the wrong size. I made a video to show what the correct piece should be cut. A fourth new piece of glass delivered which was the correct dimensions which I fitted easily myself
