Very easy process to design your own Star map, for that special day. You can see each change as you make it. Completely removing the question "What does this mean??". You add text, you see exactly where its going to be and how it will look!

Now, I did run into an issue with the shipper. They LOST MY MAP!

I reached out to Starrymaps support and I had another one printed and shipped, and ON my door step in only a few days.

Truly an amazing response. I'm very thankful for everyone over at StarryMaps. They all came together to make something right, that wasn't even their fault.

I purchased this starry map as a gift, I was worried it was going to be late, which it was… however Mike took all my concerns and promptly fixed them even expedited my order without any issues. I received it and I am absolutely pleased it’s beautiful and so detail oriented! It’s exactly what I envisioned and more… the customer service was absolutely phenomenal and would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality service and quality products!

Purchased a starrymap for Valentines Day and my girlfriend absolutely loved it. I ordered the framed print and the quality is amazing. It arrived sooner than anticipated and is the perfect gift to remember a special time in your life.

I had an issue with a print not to the fault of starrymaps and it was resolved rather quickly and professionally as I got a replacement within a small amount of time.

It’s a great product and display piece and I’d definitely recommend it as it’s a great gift for any occasion really.

I was late in ordering this as gift for Christmas. I had a little confusion about processing and shipping time (totally my own fault). I emailed Mike at customer service and he was super professional, prompt, and helpful, and I can honestly say, I've never had a more pleasant experience with a company. AND, even after I had resigned to my print arriving a couple days late, it magically showed up on Christmas Eve!! My girlfriend and her entire family were floored at how beautiful this thing is! Mike, and all the rest of the folks at Starrymaps performed a Christmas miracle and I couldn't be happier!

The starry map just arrived of our wedding day 25 years ago and looks amazing and even better in person. The frame and the print is gorgeous. I am so happy I took a chance and now can’t wait to surprise my husband!!

If I could give this 6 stars I would. I ordered the canvas and it was wayyyy more durable than I ever imagined. Very thick and sturdy, the image was clear. Just perfect all around.

This company is amazing. I ordered two different prints for upcoming birthdays. I was kind of on a time crunch which is my own fault but Mike was such a huge help. He answered emails very quickly and professionally. I received the prints before the given date. The quality of the prints are amazing and they are absolutely beautiful. Mike was excellent help. When it looked like my frame wasn't being processed by Aus Post, Mike sent me a digital version of my map free of charge.

Luckily my frame arrived, and I was able to gift it to my husband-to-be on the morning of our wedding.

He was so moved. The map showed the stars from where he proposed to me 8 years ago.

Was quoted a delivery within about 3-4 days after ordering. Order took about a week to process and once it was shipped the delivery date has changed at least 3 times. Was supposed to be here by now, i have been waiting 2 weeks for this since it has shipped. If you are planning to get this by a specific date like i was, you might want to order it a month in advance
