Fast decision. The only problem, was the forms! They can only be completed on an Apple device, which i don't have. I had to find someone with an iPhone to enable me to complete the forms

I was looking for a new car for my birthday and StartLine Motor Finance made my birthday wish to become real . Anthony Ryan based in Linwood, Scotland did all the hard work for me and make me happy, he was spending time even to explain to me what the best way to come from my town to Scotland, because I explained I will come from far away. (217 miles) I’m strongly recommend StartLine Motor Finance.

Good communication but unable to solve my complaint as vehicle was not as advertised. Zuto failed to supply correct information ie withholding it so my complaint about the vehicle was not upheld.

STARTLINE AND FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE (ALISON)
I have been with Startline Motor Finance for about 2–3 years now, and their customer service has been fantastic every single time I have called. They probably know me pretty well by this point!I recently went through a job change which caused some financial struggles, and I was feeling incredibly stressed and depressed about keeping up with my car payments. I called in and spoke with ALISON, who completely put my mind at ease. She went into great depth to explain how she could help, and gave me amazing advice and recommendations on how to manage my account. Thanks to AlISON, the issue is completely resolved and I finally feel like I can tackle what is going on.
For anyone else struggling please make sure you have open communication with this company because they genuinely try their best to help you. I have never had a bad experience here, and Alison alone has confirmed that I want to stay with Startline for the foreseeable future. She was so lovely over the phone and lifted a massive weight off my shoulders!
