Spoke with Matthew during sales process and customer service emails. Only had one damaged tile at the bottom of one of three pallets. That's 1 out of 82. The tiles were really well packaged and delivery was fantastic. Can't fault this company, tiles were on a keen price for summer sale and look great in my garden. Highly recommend stonesuperstore.

Every single tile was chipped at the edges. No information under product description. Misleading customers and charging half price for returning it. Not recommending it.

I ordered a fairly large quantity of tiles, which initially was more stock than was available, but Rebecca worked with me to make sure we could tile each area with the same batch for colour consistency, and was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.

This was the second time that I had ordered from Stone Superstore as I was pleased with my first order earlier this year. Everything exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately the delivery was a little late but Mark and Andrea quickly sorted the problem out with the delivery company, it was just due to scheduling. Would purchase again.

So you look on website
Choose a tile
Send for a sample (on the back it says there could be a variation of shades)
Not a problem light grey or dark grey would be perfect)

Until the full size tiles arrive which are blue/grey🤔🤷

Now that’s not a variation in tone that’s a completely different colour

And to be told that it’s natural light reflecting off a blue wall just insults your intelligence especially when you’re a hair colour expert !! And it’s my perception of tone 🤔 um no they are blue

I have a general builder here atm and three people installing windows who all said they are blue grey
And then to be told that there could be a variation in colour from batch to batch
I wouldn’t mind if they were grey but they most deffinatly are not.

Clearly the ladies are used to dealing with sort of thing as they have thrown every excuse at me
Natural light is different to indoor light and ……blah blah a well oiled machine
I really am so disappointed that you go through all of this
Book in the person to lay the tiles only to either have to send them back at your own expense or use them somewhere else on my property

Never ever ever again would I use a company like this

Especially when insulting my colour perception !!! When clearly you can see from the pictures I sent what the tiles really look like

And anyone who would like to see the discrepancy in colour feel free to wattsapp me and I’ll be happy to show anyone the difference in colours from website to reality before making a purchase from this company

Absolutely superb from start to finish.
Tiles I wanted were initially out of stock but Jamie-Lee went above and beyond to get them to me. Super efficient in terms of keeping me up to date on every step, from arriving at the depot to then being shipped out asap to me.
Genuinely so helpful in every sense.
Tiles themselves are amazing quality and by far the cheapest place I could find.
Delivery was also superb, driver was literally the happiest guy ever!
All in all, an absolutely superb experience from start to finish and I would 100% recommend.

I bought alot of porclean paving slabs had to be delivered on 6 or 7 deliveries some of them were broken i phoned Jamie who is excellent on the phone very helpfull changed all the slabs no problems got a fair price for the quantity bought. Would buy from them again all good as far as i am concerned

Excellent customer service, with fabulous tiles. We wanted a large quantity and so I made enquiries into a 'trade' discount. They were willing to help me in this regard and I dealt with just one member of staff. So, every message, delay, question etc was dealt with by Matthew Pedley. Absolute great customer service from him, I can not thank him enough for all his patience. He was polite, knowledgeable and always responded quickly. I would thoroughly recommend this company for the quick delivery (once we finally made our minds up), customer service was second to none and we've had no reason to contact after delivery as everything was perfect.
The tiles were excellent quality and look amazing. I'm thrilled with them

Ordered samples and chose a tile. Ordered the bulk tile, completely different quality, finish, thickness and colour arrived. A blind man could tell the difference. Not to mention the tiles were visibly cracked on delivery. Stone superstore refuse to acknowledge the difference. Eventually they agreed to collect the tiles at our expense of £48. Ridiculous company, service and pathetic product.

Happy with tiles.
Damaged tiles was refunded.
Only issue was they sold out of stock so couldnt add more tiles that could have been added as additional work.

From start to finish an amazing customer experience. My enquiry and subsequent order via the telephone was dealt with patiently, efficiently and courteously. Tiles arrived absolutely as ordered and terrifically well packaged too, no damage and the delivery driver was very skilled in negotiating a small area to drop them. Value for money is exceptional I would highly recommend this company. Thank you all

First of all managed to get the tiles I wanted in the sale so over the moon about that, stone superstore seem to have the most competitive prices even without the sales. Obviously you don’t always get a better product, but that is definitely not the case here, tiles are absolutely beautiful and very well packaged, was easy to see there had been no scuffed edges on the packaging or marks. I also have to mention our delivery driver, after seeing some reviews I was a bit concerned, but he was brilliant. There were some cars parked which meant he couldn’t park too close to our drive but he happily wheeled them to pretty much the front door, went above and beyond so please pass on our thanks to the Willand depot which he said he came from.
Would happily recommend stonesuperstone and will be the first place I come in future :)

Really nice company to deal with I like the way they write their appreciation for my business it goes a long way and would make me want to recommend them.the website is easy to navigate and they have all the information I needed regarding delivery, everything went smoothly very pleased with the porcelain tiles we ordered just as described

Extremely disappointing - The tiles arrived soaked in water, with humidity stains, all protective cardboard damaged and useless.

They arrived totally soaked in cardboard falling in pieces, with a strong nasty smell or mold.. It is obvious they must have been stored in the rain for a while, with very little care. We had to rip off the few pieces of wet cardboard in order to carry them inside our property as nothing would hold them properly.

Honestly scandalous to sell new tiles in this condition.

I contacted Customer Service as soon as they arrived to make them aware of the condition in which my tiles arrived, including photos.
They cared very little and offered to refund half of the delivery fee, considering the tiles conditions at arrival were not their problem.
You are a real joke.

This was my first time using Stone Superstore, and I won't ever do this mistake again.

Saying that my post here is unfair or inaccurate is a lie. You had every detail of the order in my first email, including photos of the damaged soaked packaging over the tiles.
I wrote this review before seeing your second email asking for more photos, which only came after I responded to your half delivery fee response.

Just to clarify that it was not chipped in delivery. They sent chipped one for delivery. It's all been resolved now. It may be clearence item for you. However I have spent more than £800 of my hard earned money for these tiles. Thanks.

We received samples of the tiles, but they were quite small, so it was difficult for us to decide on the right ones for our 50sqm patio. We were looking for porcelain tiles in a beige color that also had some pattern, and we were torn between Montpelier and Hamlet. After dealing with a few different people, Andrea helped us make the decision by sending a video of the tiles in the store. They look amazing, Thank you.

Tiles lovely, however £1000 worth of tiles just dumped in the ‘middle of the road’ outside of the delivery address I find disgusting… will never use this company again for that reason!

I am laying my tiles now, about half way through. They look fantastic! Ordering was very simple, communication was excellent, delivery did fail on the delivery date, but they arrived next day no problem. Great quality tiles, very very happy. Will definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you.

Outstanding service from Jamie Fox. I wanted some tiles that were out of stock and had a short deadline to meet. Jamie found the tiles and shipped them to me promptly. They were delivered on time and all in perfect condition. When I was then told during my fitment the tiles had been incorrectly measured and needed just 3 more Jamie responded immediately and had them shipped out to me again with no issues. She went above and beyond throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble. The tiles are beautiful as well and incredibly well priced.
