The experience was great. As first time buyers the team were very lovely and reassuring. Answered any questions we had and ones we hadn’t even thought about.

As a first time buyer and no idea on where to even begin, laura was really helpful and very knowledgeable that I understood everything and I now can not wait to proceed further after early birding the plot, grant the mortgage advisor was also very lovely and helpful and I look forward to seeing them both again 😊

We met Robert two weeks ago and have to say, he was excellent. He gave us a great tour around the show homes and provided us with lots of useful information. You would never have thought he was so new to the job, as he had excellent knowledge and was very friendly without being pushy. Both the staff were great and the site is beautiful.
We have also had great communication with him since our visit, which has made the whole experience even better.

We had a big gap at the bottom of our internal door and it needed to have the frame reduced, Mark the joiner came in, protected everything, took his time in cutting out all the caulk to save the freshly decorated walls, done the job to a high standard as it wasn’t so straight forward. Great and professional service from the Story team.

We’re currently around 40% of the way through the process of purchasing our new Story Home, and I can genuinely say that, so far, it has been the smoothest and most enjoyable house-buying experience I’ve had.

A huge part of that has been down to Kelsey. She has been exceptional throughout the process: extremely knowledgeable, proactive and professional, while still maintaining a really personal and approachable manner. No matter what question we’ve had, Kelsey has always been able to provide a clear answer or quickly find the information we need.

Communication has been excellent, and we’ve always felt informed and supported at every stage rather than having to chase for updates. Buying a new home can naturally come with a lot of questions and uncertainty, but Kelsey has made the whole experience feel straightforward and well managed.

Although we still have some way to go before completion, our experience with Story Homes so far has been first class. If the remainder of the journey continues in the same way, we couldn’t ask for much more.

I was lucky enough to have a show around with robert and amanda and they were nothing but helpful!! They were both so lovely, friendly and welcoming from the second I arrived. They gave me such a brilliant tour of the Story Home, explained everything so well and were more than happy to answer all my questions. They made the whole experience feel so relaxed, enjoyable and exciting, and you could really tell they were passionate about what they do. We received great service from the lovely Kelsey at hawksley rise from the start to secure our beautiful Harrison home! Very informative throughout and was so nice to have her assisting us with our choices etc.
