Stratstone - Audi Wolverhampton Reviews 

I have used Halesowen Audi for a few years and over that time the service level has hit the floor so i thought lets try Wolverhampton Audi and guess what the service is shocking.
No one returns a call if they answer the phone, its so bad that even if i personally went there i don't believe they could do any better.
Avoid Stratstone Audi because they have some serious problems and are damaging the Audi brand.

Very Efficient Parking was tight needs improving

I received a warm reception, and my car was washed and cleaned after the service was completed. This was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

I was contacted by James Barney from the Wolverhampton dealership I had previously purchased my Range Rover with Wolverhampton with very disappointing experience and was definitely not going to purchase again from this dealership and further more purchase another Range Rover …that said James Barney restored that faith in the process offering alternatives deals options..finding a way to move forward in a potential new vehicle I was reluctant to attend the meeting if I’m honest …I purchased numerous rangrovers over the decades and by far James Barney has been the most professional no nonsense and only because off his efforts and performance on a whole I did purchase a vehicle on site that very day ..very happy ..professional from the start to finish ..with no disingenuous methods I’d received previously..I shall definitely recommend James Barney at Wolverhampton .

Awful, I was asked to bring in car for mot at 11am for a while you wait mot slot, i was told on phone they would start straight away and take about an hour, 12.30 and car is still sitting there and lots of lame excuses, bored staff sitting around looking at their mobiles. Took car away and got it done around the corner. Doors of showroom/waiting area left open so freezing in there anyway. Had to keep chasing useless staff and still no indication of when they expected to start it. Crazy thing for them is I am looking to buy a new Q7 to replace my audi. That biz will be done elsewhere. Grim tedious experience with Audi Wolvs.

Disappointing service standards

I booked my car in with Stratstone Audi Wolverhampton as my usual dealer, Coventry Audi, had no availability before my planned trip to Europe.

When I collected my car after the service, I noticed the engine oil level was only just above the minimum warning mark. For a vehicle that has just had a full service, this is not what I would expect.

I contacted the service department and was told this is “manufacturer recommendation.” This explanation is misleading. Manufacturers specify a safe operating range between minimum and maximum — they do not recommend returning a freshly serviced vehicle with oil barely above the minimum, especially when Audi engines are known to consume oil and the car is about to be driven long distances.

My regular Audi dealer always fills the oil close to the maximum level and I have never experienced any issues. Leaving the oil at the lower end of the range after a paid service feels like poor practice and a lack of attention to detail.

Overall, the experience left me disappointed and questioning the servicing standards at this branch.

I've used Audi Wolverhampton for years and will continue to do so. They always provide me with good service and a friendly face. Recent service from Dan and Lucy has been excellent

The treatment was very good.

Wolverhampton Audi used to be fantastic! When it was Jardine motors, now it's run by Stratstone and it's appalling. The customer service is shocking, especially as this is supposed to be an upmarket brand. The after service is the worst - if you would like a service or something under warranty, then forget it for months, as it takes that long to get booked in. Even then, we turned up for our appointment to be told that the specific part hadn't arrived so we'd need to rebook (another few months later) The Q4 we bought is already in massive negative equity to the tune of over 15k. After 15 years of buying more than 10 brand new cars from Wolverhampton Audi, I will never go there again. Painful experience. Bring on Mercedes!!

I'm beginning to believe that "Anthony Jones", the business manager at Wolverhampton Audi is simply a mythical person. He's never there when I go, he's always "in a meeting" when I phone and he never answers his emails

Always keep me upto date with work, polite on phone. I do recommend Audi Wolverhampton

I dropped off my car early. I got the message about my service having been done and made my way. The courtesy wash had not yet been done (my fault as I turned up earlier than agreed) and I could not wait any longer. So, Hope, advised I could get the car washed in my own time if I preferred and send the receipt across. That was preferable for me.

I love Audi's customer service and they do the best latte in proper cup and saucer. 😋
