Have used Amersham Audi before and they are brilliant

The Technician who carried out the work was good explained everything and of course the customer service chap was first class explaining about the service plan which I signed up to.

Dan and Sam went above and beyond and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble.

I dropped my car in and had it serviced the team also looked at issues related to my app, provided a spare battery for my key and helped check on a warning light.

My car was in for a rear subframe replacement which is quite a long job. The work was completed as expected within the timeframe they gave me. Very impressive service and a great overall experience.

I only popped into Mercedes for a look and a general enquiry, with no real intention of buying anything at the time, but I wanted to leave a review specifically for Laura, the Dealership Coordinator.

Laura was absolutely brilliant. From the moment I arrived she was welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful, despite knowing I was only having a look. There was no pressure whatsoever — she simply took the time to help me, answer my questions and made me feel completely welcome.

It’s very easy to provide great service when someone is there ready to spend money; I think it says much more when you receive that same level of attention when you’re simply making an enquiry.

Laura is a fantastic ambassador for Mercedes and exactly the sort of person you’d want to meet when walking into a premium dealership.

Sandy gave me two different models to test drive to help me decide which one I preferred? After a while she found a car available matching my requirements at another Audi dealership?
We finally agreed on a price, and I was able to collect my new car 1st September from Wolverhampton Audi. 👍

A huge thank you to Molly Thomas for the invite to Boar Cross Hall. It was an absolutely amazing experience, from the stunning venue and fantastic three-course meal to having the opportunity to drive a selection of the new Porsche vehicles.

A special mention also has to go to the event organisers, Tom Hall and Matt Gough. They were brilliant throughout — two top guys who are a credit to Nottingham Porsche Centre. They were professional, friendly and fantastic at what they do.

Helpful staff, willing to listen to what I want,

​Warrington Audi is a poor operation that prioritises quick, high-margin routine servicing over actual diagnostic labour. When presented with a persistent cooling fault, their service team simply deflected—claiming a 30°C temperature drop at motorway speeds is "normal," directly contradicting Audi’s own owner’s manual. The department operates on brush-off scripts and deflection rather than performing real technical diagnostics.
​Whether new sales, second-hand sales, or servicing, over 30% of their Trustpilot reviews are 1-star ratings, reflecting a clear, widespread pattern of poor customer service.
​When Audi HQ has to issue verbal apologies for a dealership's handling, it says everything. Save yourself disappointment and frustration and avoid this place. There are plenty of VAG specialists who will preserve your warranty and who actually know how these cars work.

Collected my new car from Reading Stratstone expecting the agreed tracking had been undertaken. I was lied to saying it had, wow. Now cannot get hold of the personnel in Reading to sort out - I have lost interest and had an Independent sort the issue. In addition I have complained to the head office no reaction so just sent a letter to the CEO of JLR - I want JLR to stay in existence and not be let down by dealerships.

Great service from Matt at Tamworth Audi

After I’d paid the bill, they started imposing new conditions on me and saying that if I didn’t accept them, they wouldn’t hand over the car. They put me in a no-win situation. The day after I collected the car, the front number plate fell off. I also noticed that the first-aid kit, the warning triangle and the spare tyre were missing. I asked the manager about this, and he said these were all optional extras, but he hadn’t mentioned this when I placed the order. Usually, these items are always included as standard. There were also some scratches on the exterior and interior of the new car. And the mileage was 166 miles. The sales manager says this is a normal mileage for a new car. I’ll definitely be buying my next car elsewhere. If you’re buying a car from them, you absolutely must scrutinise the contract with a magnifying glass, and then inspect the car itself before signing any documents. Good luck to everyone.
