I redeemed $894.59 on May 22nd. It has been well over the 10 business day period to approve and send my withdrawal. This has been an ongoing issue for years with this casino. You can contact their support but they are never any help and just tell you they’ve “escalated” your case.

I requested a withdrawal for $1500 on 10/03/25 via Coindraw. I was due to receive the funds on 10/09. I didn’t receive them, so I signed into my account today and the $1500.00 was magically out of the withdrawal status and back onto my playing account. Sunrise decided on 10/09 (the same day I was to get my refund which was verified via chat on 10/08) to downgrade my VIP Status and make me no longer eligible for the fastest withdrawal of Coindraw. Therefore, I’m required to wait another 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for approval and then another 7 to 10 days for my funds to be deposited.

Coindraw was an option when I requested the withdrawal, but the casino decided I hadn’t deposited enough lately to earn the privilege of retaining the fastest withdrawal option (even after it was offered when I requested a refund.) Interestingly enough, they will not allow you to deposit or claim free spins while you have a pending withdrawal, so you get penalized for not depositing or playing even when the casino won’t allow play. The only thing that makes sense is this is just a stall tactic to keep from paying out the funds in a timely manner. As soon as I receive my funds (if ever) I will close my account permanently. Saddened and sickened by the underhanded treatment.

I’ve won and collected a good amount until recently. Apparently if you win too much they take your VIP status away and you’re left with the slowest payout method available. It will take a year to collect the full amount with Bitcoin withdraw. Which comes out to about one payment a month
