I received an email two weeks later that I was approved for $100 withdrawal and it showed up in my bitcoin wallet the next day. I waited a couple days and did not receive my other $2,400, so I emailed again.
I was then told that I could not withdraw the $2,400 because it was won with free play money. I argued with the rep, but to no avail. He said I won from free play that was left from my first free play where I had a balance of $.29!!!
So even when I deposited $30 and $200 and won almost $3,000, they considered it coming from the free play money and would not send it to me. I asked them why they paid the $100 if it was from free play and he said they were just being nice to me for the trouble I had with them. I asked him to put the remaining $2,400 back into my players account so I could at least keep playing for fun, but he said that it would be the same issue, that I wouldn't be able to withdraw the money, so they basically stole the $2,400 from me.

Said I need a Fed wire transfer routing number, a swift code, said my account can't be a virtual account even though I told them I have a every day individual senior checking account. If I could give these people negative Stars I would give them as many negative stars as I possibly could. They are scumbag fraudsters. Dirtbag scam artists. If you even get close to winning a bonus feature they will block out the entire screen so that you can't see what the rest of the reels land on so that if you are about to get that third scatter or whatever it's blacked out and they can switch it without you seeing.
