This is absolutely the worst casino on the Internet. They will not pay you and I'm wondering why they are even allowed to exist. There must be a way to sue them and get them shut down. If they are allowed to operate in America they should be made to follow the rules.

I've tried to withdraw from this casino twice with no success and before I even made the verification litecoin deposit I contacted customer service to make sure it would go through and they ensured it would as long as I submitted all the proper documents, which I did. Then I submitted the withdrawal and I got nothing but a string of excuses as to why I couldn't get my withdrawal and the 2nd time I tried was similar with slightly different excuses but I would stay from the casino because they're not trustworthy and the use deceitful tactics to gain the upper hand

I really like this casino site. They’re very professional. My payout did take a couple months, but it was worth it! They answered all my emails and concerns and I did send a lot. I was super skeptical and really didn’t expect anything. I highly recommend them.

Good bonuses with great payouts. Prompt customer service and great games to choose from. Only dislike I have is the time length on the withdrawals. It takes only minutes to deposit and instantly your balance is available to play, but it takes 7-10 business days to review a withdraw request and 7-10 MORE business days to confirm/approve(or)deny/process the request. I placed a BTC withdrawal on October 9th, it got approved on October 21st and now I am getting the run around of slow payment processing. I withdrew this month from 2 other Inclave Casinos (Ruby Slots/Captain Jack) using Coindraw LTC option and was paid out in 5 days.

Sent a email with screen shots of a couple of the other complaint's and said maybe a class action was in order. My withdrawal was in my BTC wallet within an hr, with no fees taken.

This is the worst Casino out there. They’re the biggest scam and crooks, I tried to withdraw my $3000 and they never ever paid me out. Everything they requested I provided and they kept giving me the runaround by finding any BS excuses. One customer service doesn’t look better than another stay away from the side. It’s a waste of time and it’s the worst ever. I have filed a complaint with the game commission and my attorney is also involved in this matter.

They suggest that they take your money you won and then send it somewhere so that payment provider can then send it out to you.

Let’s just say they are telling the truth, what delays is your payment provider experiencing ? Are you using a different method OR THE ONLY METHOD YOU CAN USE, the blockchain to send crypto ? No you’re not and the blockchain is working fine. And when it’s not working fine you can experience longer then usual send and receive times and we’re talking about 20 min to an hour when I say longer. And that’s because an unusual amount of transactions are going on at that time.
The same method that Sunrise casino uses to take customers money and process that money in minutes. But when a customer wins that same process takes them 4 - 5 - 6 weeks or longer if they even do pay, which they have not paid me yet.

I won 5k at the end of July. I had to split it up into 2 checks due to the amount. I received the first check in the mail in the allotted time. Same day same withdrawal same amount til this day almost 2 months later I still have not received payment. They keep telling me to be patient. I believe I have. No tracking number. They said once it goes to the third party for payment which was on 8/29 that they have no access to the information. I find it hard to believe they have no contact with the place that sends out payments for them. I call BS . All I want are my winnings. You take my deposits fast enough.
