Sunrise Slots closed my account and kept my deposit money the second I completed the verification process to claim the maximum bonus payout amount of $400!

The second after I submitted my last verification document allowing me to withdraw the $400 Bonus plus the mandatory deposit, I message flashed across the screen saying that my account had been closed and Sunrise has the rights to cancel any account for any reason, ultimately without any reason, at all and will keep your so-called "no risk deposit.

As they write, "We regret to inform you that your casino access has been revoked. The decision is, unfortunately, irreversible. Any casino account can be closed solely at our discretion as part of our policies to ensure game fairness, the safekeeping of company assets, and our third-party payment service providers." According to that passage, they reserve the right to cancel any account at anytime they choose for not any reason, but for actually no reason at all. This sounds like nothing more than a scammer using a bunch of clever sounding rules avoid paying legitimate winners their rightful winnings but goes so far as to actually keep your private funds which are mandatory to deposit and called "no-risk." New Players, do not sign up here at Sunrise Slots. PS, I opened a new account completely unattached from my old one, and the same exact thing happened again! They closed my account after I turned in the last verification document, kept my deposit, and left me with zero recourse to recover as they ban your login from the website and receive an error message saying, "Oops, something bad happened. And if you are signed up with Inclave, these A-holes don't just block you from their site, they block you from logging into every casino site within Inclave that uses your email. Nice, huh?

I can not believe how long its taking for what was supposed to be an instant payout. It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting. I'm not sure its ever gonna get to me.

If only I can give it a negative star! I invested a lot of $$ and when I won $2000, they took forever to approve my withdraw. All my verification was approve as well. I asked for a check and they told me only wire transfer so I had to submit more info on my bank account. Still find every reason to reject my winning. I spoke to so many operators and it’s all BS! Back to square 1. They are so easy to take your $ and will not pay you! Sunrise finally paid me. They did pay me the full 2,300. Sunrise is legitimate, but if your playing in hopes of a quick payout you might want to play elsewhere. However, I they did finally pay me but it took nearly 4 months.

Where Do I start? This establishment is a scam. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to verifying getting paid out asking for withdrawal or actually getting a withdrawal the process is so lengthh. Beginning with getting verified that takes 7 to 10 days after that's verified then you have to ask for your withdrawal which takes 7 to 10 days after that they have to verify the withdrawal after that's verified and approved that takes 7 to 10 days so there's 30 days right there just to get approved and through all the processing. I was approved for my withdrawal on May 8th it's now August 19th I still have not received one penny the come company has not contacted me emailed to touch base with me to give me an update I have contacted them literally every single day since May 8th via live chat and also through their email and get pacified and told the same thing The first excuse I got was I was not a Bitcoin deposit or at that point and if I deposit it through Bitcoin then they could withdraw me right then within that day so I did that that was a lie then when I asked the next day why I hadn't been deposited yet it was because their third party third party processor had a backup with the withdrawals in Bitcoin which is unheard of that takes two seconds to deposit in Bitcoin then it was they go through third party processors and it's out of their hands then the next excuse was it's being expedited and 24 to 48 hours I should be paid. That was a lie then it was well we're having issues with our Bitcoin right now so if you want to give us your bank wire information for a wire transfer we could expedite that today which I refuse to do because I want them having nothing to do with my bank information. I put in for a withdrawal in the end of May 2024 it is now august 16 and still nothing! It’s been approved and supposedly wired about 3 weeks ago and still nothing!! I also won another 714 the very next day, that’s been approved for a long time but not wired yet, and a jackpot that I had to put 5 withdrawals of 2500 and nothing on that yet either! I hit a jackpot for $6700 I have been told my pics are no good when i send them documents. They even made my come up with a birth certificate.Customer service sucks but there are a couple that seems to take the time to try to help. I had to buy a camera so i could get a good enough pic off my birth certificate. I have been sending documents over and over. I contsact them to see if my Birth certificate went alright and one said it was to blurry the other said it was never recieved. There favorite way to end a chat is, you need a Green Card, Birth certificate to prove you are a citizen. I won 5000.00 legally, and they say I must only do a wire transfer. I have Capital One, a MAJOR US bank that accepts international transfers, and they said my bank is "restricted" I have been dealing with them for three weeks, and it's not looking good. I will stay on top of them until they pay. They also say they cannot pay in crypto. So, basically, they are telling me to open another checking account that is not "restricted" before they can pay out.

I'm giving 1 star because I have no choice otherwise I would give them a thumbs down. On July 4th I won 1000$ also won 500$ the 500$ was denied the reason they say is because I was playing with a double bonus. First of all how does their system allow that to begin with? Also I'm a victim of not being paid.. at first was told the bank I use couldn't be used. So I had to open a different account at another bank. Now here it is a over a month later and still no deposit. Each time I inquire about it I'm told the same thing word for word (like they have a clip they automatically use)

This by far was the worst casino to deal with. Started off with great news saying my withdraw (just over 500.00) has been approved and all I had to do was make a small deposit of 30 dollars in order to redeem it along with deposit. I was so excited! I quickly did what they told me to do, along with all my documents and the first thing I noticed was sunrise confirming they received deposit, but strangely it was a jewelry store through sunrise. Second the deposit was supposed to be 30 dollars but I got charged 35.28. Moving forward I was then only giving one option to withdraw from (crypto). Contacted customer service and was then giving the option to wire withdraw or check. Come to find out then that both ways were only offered through an international redemption, when they are in the US. Then after that I was giving option to receive threw bitcoin, I tried, but was denied that because it was strictly for bitcoin depositors. I refused to make a second deposit as it was getting very awkward. It’s been 2 weeks now, 26 emails I have proof of with there customer service people. We agreed to 130.00 due to the fact that they were free spins and had a 100 max cash out. I’m not new to the game, I understand all this, but I was confused because they told me first that my winnings were all withdraw-able. I have proof. For everyone out the that read my review and others . I would like to point out that Sunrise Slots have now paid me what they owed me on the 5th of June. Bad business practices. I did purchase another $30 of of playing tokens, needless to say it was a waste of money and I will not go there again. So be warned about what and when they get to paying you a withdrawal.
