Been waiting for almost two months on a lousy 100$ withdrawal... to still only get pushed off daily about it, if they respond at all. Do NOt spend your money here folks. Nothing but bad news. I even have screenshots of one person telling me the money has been sent to my act already and then talking five minutes later when I ask another person for the time stamp of that transaction, he would only say that he’d escalated the matter, and that he cannot promise me that the funds had been sent even though the previous employee told me just that.

This company is illegitimate scammers that stole over 440 dollars in winnings from me. I somehow got lucky on their rigged system and since I got lucky they refused to pay me what I won with a false lie.

I was approved for my withdraw on march 7 2023 and to date I still have not received my wire. Never did I get an email that it was approved I had to call to get this information. They really are scammers and don’t think I will ever get my winnings.

Ok here we go I started playing on here with your typical no deposit bonus that you get in your email inbox everyday. It took me a while but I finally got thru the playthrough balance and was able to cash out…..I thought. they first tell me I have to make a qulifying deposit of the minimum amount and I would be able to with draw it right back out then I find out I’m not eligible for the no deposit bonus because you have to make a deposit between each one to qualify. Still don’t understand them sending me these everyday once you’ve played one that should be it. Ok so no withdrawal but I have my ten dollar deposit to play so I did and lose it of course. So I log in on Monday to find my cash back already sitting in my account so I play it and win some but my max cashout is a 100 so here is where I’m at. My account says it’s verified but I still have to send a picture of my ID and mail with my home address to get verified even though it says I’m already verified. Idk why we log in with inclave if this is a problem I thought we were verified by inclave. I deposited with Bitcoin and I’m withdrawing with bitcoin so let’s hope that there is no longer than a 17 day wait for my money like they say it’s gonna be 7-10 for verification and another 7 for withdrawal for BITCOIN it only takes minutes for bitcoin to get anywhere. I gave one star cause there were no options for giving -5 stars.. watch out cause these company just take your money, but when your luck comes and you hit big?? This company steals your money. Made a deposit and got logged out then couldn’t get back in. Created a second account to get their info and called to talk to someone , I was told that they saw I had my money on my account but my account was closed and I would not be getting my money back. I asked to speak to a manager and said no manager was available. I got on their chat and asked about it to have the chat shut me down , closed out the chat on me. This company is the absolute worst I have ever come across. Do not use their site. BEWARE !!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I initiated a withdraw of my winnings. It has been 43 days and I still haven’t received the funds to my bank acct. The only way to reach them is through a chat. You can’t call anyone for help. All their reps keep saying is there are so many winnings and withdraws that there is a delay with the 3rd party payment provider they use. Stay away from this site if you don’t want scammed. They have no intentions of paying winnings

I had deposited more money on this site than any others before I started realizing this “casino” was a joke. They started doing these free daily tournaments, one every hour for five hours starting at 4pm. So I jumped into it. 1st place - $1000. 2nd - $100. 3rd - $50. 4th - 8th(maybe 10th) - $25. I won’t first place the second one I did. Amazing! As soon as I logged in to do the next one there was the $1000 already to withdrawal so after arguing with these wonderful people for customer service about not being able to withdrawal with crypto they told me to wait 24-48 hours & I would be able to. Okay next day, it’s now an option. Well over 2 weeks & 11 business days later, after being told 5-7 days. Then 7-10. Then 7-10 business days. That’s after the initial 5-7 business days it takes for them to even approve the withdrawal in the first place! So after excuses & more excuses I asked customer service today, okay what’s the excuse now? Oh there’s heavy payout flow right now but you should get it by this week. Guess what same agent I talked to last week who literally told me the EXACT SAME THING. I’ve got the screenshots to prove it. Very deceptive bonus terms, NEVER allowed to WD $ given as bonus, you need $100 in addition to the full deposit and bonus amount to WD anything.

The above wouldn't be an issue as I deposited 100, got a bonus of 350 and ran it up to $900 before cashout, but i imagine this disqualifies like 90% of potential cashouts, so worth noting.

So i don't have to relive it any more lets just say customer support sucks and thus far, its taken 2 WEEKS to get a single cent of my WD back. I learned today, I guess not surprisingly, they have somehow screwed me even more than I anticipated.
