this site is a scam site.
I made a withdrawal for almost 1 month and repeatedly asking what is the status of my withdrawal.
their explanations are ridiculous. from approval to draw 10 days through the time frame, and once approved takes 7-10 days for delivery. and the point is they are right CHEATER. so don't expect them to pay, let alone customer service, asking to be respected but their behavior is all very disgusting.

They lie, they'll send you emails claiming you'll get free chips or free spins. But in the end they want you to deposit 300% more. They sent an email on my birthday saying I would get a free 50 on the house, no deposit required. But when I went to claim my birthday gift, lol. It said requires deposit between fixed amount.

I have played well over 10 online casino sites and this one is absolutely the worst one ive ever came across in my life. I followed all their protocols and never recieved cashout...DO NOT give them your personal information or deposit whatsoever or you'll be very sorry..

It's a crying shame! I requested a few withdrawals on July 16 and 17th via bitcoin which it said would take up to 5 days to hit my account. It has been 7 days and still nothing. I requested 5 payments of $1,900 total. Now I'm being told it will take 7 to 10 days to approve and another 7 to 10 days to be paid. RIDICULOUS!!! BITCOIN is supposed to be instant. I like the games and site but customer service is a joke.

Edit March 2024: they did end up paying me my wins. It's becoming one of my favorite online places to play at.

Granted, I get that this is a Casino but the games are rigged. The free spins are designed for you to believe that you may make something or win something if you deposit but at the end of it there rigged, I'm not even kidding you can go from the highest balance, all the way down to nothing even if you're only betting low amount. although out of all the enclave, this is my favorite one. Got lucky once and was avalible for a 80$ cashout, i needed to verify my account, i sent in the documents and after 5 days and no reply besides their auto answer i started to wonder and then i try to log in to the site, but they banned me.

Really a scam site.

This online site is a scam do not play or deposit any money into this site and expect to get anything back. You will be lied to , delayed given a bunch of excuses and you will never receive a dime. I played on this site won several hundreds of dollars and have received nothing but excuses as to why my withdrawal request has been delayed for more than 2 weeks. I have had to cancel my credit card for unauthorized purchases since I requested the withdrawl. This was a horrible experience.

Sunrise Slots is not a scam! After winning $130 on my 15 free spins and playing through the ridiculous pay through I was asked to verify with ID and then make a $10 btc deposit. I read almost all bad reviews and decided to message customer service about minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, which is $100 plus the $10 back. l against better judgement decided to put out the btc and write a review. I had to wait 5 days but today my withdrawal came through and $104 was deposited to my btc account. So this site is not a scam they just have very specific rules and terms. If you follow them, you will get your winnings with no problem, just a 5 day wait. I will continue to play this casino and anyone who trashed them on here just can't read terms properly. I just recently started playing here at sunrise casino and had to do the verification process over 5times. Had to make a deposit for instant withdrawal. Here I am 5 customer service reps later and 3days and now they said they cant pay me they sent me a coupon I couldn't use. Like entrapment. They could have said this in the beginning. I’ve only won a small amount once, but they did cash me out eventually, albeit only 100$ they did not rip me off so that’s cool. The customer service is by far the best out of all the online casinos I've encountered. Anytime I have a question or need assistance I pop up the live chat and am promptly helped but the friendly staff. I believe this casino is fun and fair. You just have to be patient with payouts. Just days ago I came on to trustpilot to write a great review for sunrise slots. As of this morning I log on and my VIP status has been removed. I have deposited over $500 this last week. I am receiving the same cut and paste answers from every customer service representative I reach and when asked to speak with a VIP manager I was told no one could help me. I am very disappointed and how I have been treated. I would not recommend playing on this website because eventually they rip the rug right out from under you.
