I’ve had a Sunsynk inverter for a few years and about a week ago it stopped working. My installer gave me the details of Tom, their sales director. I called him and explained the problem. After a few days they had diagnosed it, and Tom even made the 3.5 hour trip (one way) to personally come and fix the problem. Great service. Thank you.

Speaking to the 4th person inverter and battery have been pulling 8kw from grid with only 2 lights on in the house saying it is a bad ct clamp would not recommend this company been losing money for 3 weeks now

I feel very disappointed and let down. After my review, two days later we had a planned outage for 11 hours, when the electricity came back on we noticed that the battery was not charging. I messaged for help and was told that the whole configuration is wrong and I have to get a technician out to re do the configuration. Our electricity in the house then kept tripping and i lost contact as there was no WiFi. We had to contact the electrician to come out and as it was a Sunday charged double for the call out and was worried that there could be damage to our inverter as the power surge had blown and that was why we had no electricity in the house. We had to pay the technician for the call out and to replace the surge protector all because it was configured incorrectly when I contacted them remotely. A very expensive exercise, so would advice to get people who are competent and know what they are doing. I would definitely not recommend people to use the chat line for help. Furthermore there is no contact number or email address to get hold of them to let them know what happened, as I feel it is important for them to be aware of what is happening so they can rectify on there side.
