The customer service experience at Supanet has improved a lot over the years. Recently I had an issue and it was resolved quickly and politely by Ismyr over the phone.

My mother had her phone and broadband with Supanet. When I took over her bills due to Alzheimers, I discovered they were charging around £100 a month with additional, expensive charges for every call.
We changed provider a few months ago. Despite speaking to Supanet directly, at no time did they mention returning a router, nor did we receive a request to return the router or any other communication from them. They have since demanded over £100 for this router, and one dating back to 2018! Despite explaining the situation, and that Mum is a vulnerable 79 year old, they threatened a collections agency. We have been forced to pay the amount which impacts directly on her limited income. I would never use Supanet or recommend them - really poor customer service and taking advantage of a vulnerable customer.

Awful company, now hounding my 92 year old registered blind mother inlaw for a broken router to be returned which it was and I have the "proof of posting" they want to charge her £138 for a broken router they told her to throw away when they sent new one. To top it off the service over the years has been very poor charging her a lot for 2mb download which is just a rip off. Called them over a week ago asking to speak with a manager and todate nobody has bother to call back,

I left this network after they was charging me £32 for only 75mbs, I am now on 910mbs for the same price, they are trying to charge me £276 when I was out of contract and I sent the router back, I have contacted ofcom and an ombudsman about this.

I was cancelling my contract, which is often quite a difficult subject. Lara was very helpful to me and got me through the process clearly in remarkably little time.
For her personally, I would have given a 5-star review but for the (to me) irritating persuasive questions that I know the operators have to ask.

Do not fall for their scams. They trick you into subscribing with them and they are the biggest internet fraudsters out there. DO NOT FALL FOR THIER SCAM WHEN THEY SAY ITS THE QUICKEST OPTION. GO DIRECTLY TO THE ACTUAL INTERNET COMPANIES NOT THESE SCAMMERS
