I have used survey pop for a while now back in may I requested 2 cash outs (28&30 May) they never appeared in my pay pal and disappeared off my statement in survey pop despite MANY emails I have had no response going onto survey pop they are now advising you to contact a company called tremendous about pay outs yet this company has no record of me or the requests despite me showing them the emails id kept (luckily) I am deleting the app and not using this company anymore wouldn’t waste the time I already have

I don't know why this app has many bad reviews it hasn't given me any problems I cashed out a gift card with no problem as soon as I cashed out my giftcard immediately came to my email I'll try for a second round to see if it would give me problems hopefully not if so then I'll change my review and rating until then now I'll trust this app I mean I didn't do all this hard work for nothing.

My first cash out didn’t arrive. I emailed three times and didn’t receive a response. My second and third arrived, fourth is pending but we’ll see.

Recently have been playing games for cash back. Game was supposed to reward me £2, I received 1p. Emailed about this. No response.

The app is fine until you need customer service help because then you’re on your own.

Well survey pops suck same song and dance as everyone had said. My first cashout was $5.01 got it next cashout was $61 and change been a week ago and guess what no virtual card. Big SCAM. The only onevi found that's legit us Providers but must have an EBT card to get the providers card. When you cash out in it goes directly go a regular card not virtual.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on this app. When I first downloaded the app, it seemed okay and I did redeem two times no problem. But now is the complete opposite. The last 2 rewards that I redeemed I have not received. On both I received an initial email acknowledging the cashout and stating that they would send another email after it was processed, within 1 to 2 business days. The cash outs were on the 23rd and the 26th of June which is well over 2 business days. One was a virtual visa and one was supposed to be deposited into by bank account. I have sent a minimum of ten emails to support and have not received the first reply. Trust me this app is trash

I'm not getting any surveys come up for any more, I've sent several emails with no replies. They also still owe me money from my last cash out.

Same as all other reviews… went to cash out and it says ‘oops log out and back in again’ so no funds sent to me. Avoid this scam company. They also don’t reply to emails. Have sent 5 now

Same as the other people. I have cashed out and the cashout was never received. This is the same company as others that are owned by SocialLoop LLC. I have emailed them and got no response. Emailed the other company they advised you to and they say they cannot do anything. I used to get my payouts quickly but these last couple never came. Will never use them again. Kirby is a waste of time messaged him on Linkedin and got no response. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

If I could give 0 stars I would! Has anyone actually ever been paid out? I initiated payment but it kept coming up with an error saying log back out and back in again so I did this and now it won’t let me log back in and says we’ve sent you a link by email that hasn’t arrived!! So money lost as they don’t respond! Save your time ans use another survey company!

Awful company. Initially built up my withdrawal amount through numerous surveys and paid out straight away. 2nd time I went to withdraw the funds never arrived. Messaged them numerous times with no response. Avoid at all costs unless you want to spend your time completing surveys that you then aren’t paid for!

Been waiting for my first payout for the past couple of days and nothing has been sent to me. Also for some reason today when I opened the app not a single survey was available on the main page and the offers were removed. If I don't get my payout then I will submit a complaint to the BBB.

All these reviews are correct. It's taking me over a month to cash out £4, and don't bother emailing them Kirby and the rest don't help.

I received my first cashout, but I am still waiting for my second, which the email states I should receive within 1-2 days, that timescale has passed and no payment. I sent a support request, but this has been ignored.

This behaviour stinks of a scam, any genuine survey site will, at least, resolve a customer query or complaint, not ignore them. Avoid them like the plaque, don't waste your time.

I have used survey pop for years and it's always been a good app until recently. Now you don't get paid for some completed tasks. And I had to get a new phone and new Email and now that wont even cash me out

i havent gotten any surveys in a few weeks, i have done nothing wrong, i just want to make money, please give me surveys

Yes the lady that works in support Bella thinks it's ok to throw people who don't fast let me tell you something people text fast or uses there computers are quick she has it listed it down that is why I was blocked really let me tell you something these third parties being racist and getting people out we will see what the EEOC has to say about it. They need to fire her and trust me if I had my owned my own survey company I would be playing people more then all you survey companies are paying I talked to a few of those companies it's not then it's the survey company knocking people out.

Thought it was just me that Survey Pop wasn't paying but apparently not. They paid the first time around but the second time, they said 1-2 business days. I'm still waiting! AVOID! Don't waste your time! IT seems like it's a massive scam! Shame on them!!

Shocking service. I have competed surveys got £23 and withdrew to my paypal and not got it been almost 2 weeks. Disgusting services as tried to contact several times. Won’t be using again

Cashed out 3 times to my PayPal over the space of a few days. Received an email to say it would take 1-2 business days. It has now been over 3 weeks and not revived any of the money. Sent multiple emails and had no response.

Not impressed. I have had a few payments if around £5, they were paid instantly so all good. Then after completing my last one..it says payment will be with you in 2-3 days.. it's now 3 weeks and several emails. No payment or response.
