I have very bad experience using this survey pop. They don’t pay your cash out money I am unhappy with this👎👎👎

This app isn't what it is , I did surveys and never got paid. When you complete a survey, they never pay the full amount and still don't get paid. When emails are sent to customer support they never respond. the app is useless and a time waster. Infact it's just a scam. Its time companies like this are flushed out of the system for their poor integrity.

Haven’t received my 3rd pay out now, have contacted and have had no response am owed £27

I am waiting for two cash outs in the amounts of $5.53 and $7.23. It is over the two day maximum wait time and no one will respond to me from the company. Prior to these issues; I had cashed out numerous times immediately to PayPal with no problems. If they correct this matter I will modify my review. I wanted to like this app.

I have not received my cashout to PayPal. I am awaiting a payment of approximately £35. Like others I am disappointed with the lack of communication and support from Survey Pop.

When I 1st downloaded the app, I quickly got to the £4 cashout value, I did this to see if it worked and all was fine and I received a gift card within minutes however I have cash out for a 2nd time I have failed to receive the gift card. I have emailed twice with no response. I can only assume they try to reel you in with the 1st cash out only to then not pay out after. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately unless I receive the cash out gift card!

Surveys continually not paying up past 100%, random error messages, no support when these issues are raised.

I cashed out once via PayPal without ann issue, but haven't received the cash out on the 2 most recent cash outs just an email saying it’ll be there in 1-2 days they’ll email over its finished. I've emailed support a number of times over the last 2 weeks and not heard anything back.

I thought this android survey app worked a treat. Like is is fast and responsive and gives you small payment for failing the survey. I am now trying to connect to Paypal to collect my first $6AUD. It doesn't seem to want connect to Paypal to pay me. Perhaps they are asleep and have closed down the payment section. Please let us know Survey Pop. 5 stars for a good operating app, but not paying me is not too good.

I would give no stars if I could.
Cashed out twice at the £5 mark. Didn’t receive any funds. Emailed customer services at least 20 times with no response other than the automated reply.
Please DO NOT waste your time.

No payment received, Trying to get a reply from the help desk is impossible. Don't waste your time with them.

Doesn’t payout, cashed out days ago. Says it takes 1-2 days and I haven’t received anything

Awful app, slogged hours away to do surveys. Still waiting to be paid, (cashed out over 2 weeks ago) not a single reply for “customer service” they are nothing more than thieves. Stay away and use other apps.

I cashed out on the 22nd of March 2024 and the 5th of April 2024, and they still haven't paid me, and have not replied to any of my emails. They owe me over £15.

The one I gave was because they ain't no options. I made a withdrawal since 20th of March, 2024. Till now surveypop hasn't released my funds. I sent a reminder email after the expiration of the 2 working days. I was told extra 1 working day. Till this moment I'm typing this review survey pop hasn't paid me.

My advice is be careful with them. They are not what they claim they are.

Update.
I filed a BBB complaint for the money Mr. Fang and Survey Pop owes me a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing back yet. I am protesting the sites that arbitrarily kick individuals of their platforms and keep the money the individuals earned. These are bad platforms and this is one of the worst. It is illegal to steal. It's is not the money it is the disrespect and shaming. Surveypop owes me 5$.

This is a scam. They don't pay you. They never answer emails to their support. Do not use any survey site connected to Social Loop LLC. They are scammers. If, like me you haven't been paid by them, report the app to your playstore as a scam.
