I completed many surveys and built up my cash reward to cashout only to cash out by selecting visa virtual card in error when I was supposed to click on paypal. I havent received my cash balance and I have emailed survey spin and the rewarding company tremendous however both are passing my query back to each other. I have mentioned that due to my mental health constantly emailing and not having a response or any support from customer services its causing me so much anxiety trying to resolve the issue aa I built up my reward cash on the survey app to cash out all together as I needed to pay for essentials and its so disheartening that they dont care.

Started out okay but then they stopped paying out. I’ve contacted them 11 times with 0 reply’s. It’s only £15 but I feel I should warn others. You do get kicked fairly easy from Surveys. Usually at the end which is super suspect. They do compensate you 1 or 2p which in theory sounds good but if they have a threshold on payments then it’s irrelevant.

Don’t waste your time. Useless app and just as bad customer service.

Would give negative stars if i could never works always getting kicked out of surveys.literally got kicked from a survey due to race or just get to the end and get kicked so they dont have to pay full amount 2 cents when kicked out not the price on the survey i have giving this app like 3 tries in hopes it will get right but never again games dont work or never registers you downloaded it just bad all around and a waste of time

Completed task till I reach the minimum cash our balance I cashed out and the money disappeared they stopped responding to messages. DONOT DOWLOAD THIS APP THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YPU WILL NOT SEE THAT MONEY. I tried everything

Worst survey/game paying app I’ve ever used. They want you to do everything for nothing and then won’t pay you for your earnings. I’ve done a lot of these and this is bottom of the barrel. People don’t waste your time.

Another bad review I'm afraid. Most the surveys don't accept you,they are too long for hardly any rewards. Nosey as well. Don't waste your time

The only reason they get 1 star is because they make you. It deserves a 0!! They do NOT PAY!! Months I have been waiting. Months!!! The worst survey platform

This app has been very good, I have made $12 USD and cashed out instantly. I also like the amount of ways to earn money, like playing games, completing offers and surveys, watching ads, and the daily poll. I also like it's UI, however I did complete a 45 cent survey and did not rewarded for it.

I initially signed up with Survey Spin back in July of last year (2024). However, I had just canceled my account today.

I have been getting too many surveys from one of their survey providers which constantly asks questions that are more suited to business customers instead of residential customers. I don't care to know about a company's innovations, whether or not they're competitive, where they stand on environmental and social issues, their competitors, and so forth. I am only interested in them as a residential customer and that's it. Their questions are just totally irrelevant to me.
Therefore, I decided to cancel my account with them today. It's just simply not worth it.

I completed their offer and was never compensated the $35. They responded back saying it would be deposited within 3 days and it’s been almost 4 weeks and still nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

Start rigging the system against you, so u don’t get into surveys, they show u less surveys and they lock you from doing surveys, terrible app

I redeemed a gift card and it said it would be here in 1-2 business days. It’s been 3, and I still haven’t received it yet. I thought this would be a good app, considering it’s sister app is Eureka in which I have earned over $100.

I would have left no stars if I could, totally a waste of my time, I got £4 so it's not about the money it's the fact I wasted my time doing these surveys everytime I went to cash out it would say check Internet connection, when I emailed them they said there has been some strange activity on my account I did the surveys I took my time doing the surveys so not sure what they mean by that and when I asked them I had no reply

I’ve used survey spin for almost 3mths now and have found it really good. Ok so it’s not going to make you rich and earning can be a little slow but it does build up. I’ve currently managed to earn just over £70 in almost 3mths. I don’t bother with the surveys though as I always get kicked out of those for being ‘not suitable for this survey.’ I do play the games on there though and have only had 1 issue with it registering my progress but that was sorted very quickly. I’ve so far cashed out everything I’ve earned through them with no issues.

One of the best sites ever for taking surveys....No problems with this site. And my go 2 for a little extra pocket money. I love the surveys because I learn from them too...Fast payouts!
