Please don’t waste your time with survey spins it’s a complete waste of time. They pay a few people to get those people to leave good comments against all millions of people who leave negative ones. This is BS all they do is email a letter saying they will get back to you in 24 hours but they never do. And when you reach out again they send the same email again over and over. It’s been 17 days and I haven’t got one feedback from this bum ass company.

Was super excited I reached $5 to cash out pretty quickly like within the first hour of downloading it but turns out you have to wait 24 hours until you can cash out which sucks but I wasn’t too upset about it. I just did a bunch more surveys and got to almost $13 and chose the virtual Visa cash out method it says i successfully cashed out but have yet to recieve anything. Probably won’t be using this anymore and do not recommend! I made over $1200 with Qmee and they always pay instantly and never had any problems with them so I will stick to that one.

There are plenty of comments with the same experience. Dont use Survey pop & Eureka as well because its the same company. Remember these companies are ran by regular people and regular people have the opportunity to be deceptive and Greedy, use your head.

So many instances now of getting to the end of the survey and then it cancels out or freezes without rewarding you.

I'm unsure why all the posts are in the negative. So I emailed them asking why they claimed to be Instant and the lady responded very polite telling me due to fraudulent activity it has to go to a review to be approved and within 12 hours my deposit was sent to paypal, then a few days later my boyfriends cashed out for first time and it was pretty much instantly and this was on a weekend.

Def will recommend to anyone looking to make a little money.

Trying this survey for the first time about ready to close my account. Every survey I try to take is close and than they want you to complete offers from game apps and apps like Uber eats Walmart etc. Never did a survey where you've to complete a offer. Try to contact the support team big waste of time. I would love to read reviews about this app if you've participated or experience this survey app.

i have had numerous error surveys with this company and when you file a complaint all you receive is a copy and paste reply saying I must have encountered a "bug" but I have never once been compensated. Also almost every low time survey is always closed when you click on it. 23 times one day for me. This is just an awful site. stay away

I like this app. It stands out but in one area. When you're in the middle of a survey and complete it, getting a message that the survey has reset is extremely annoying. It comes off as data and personal information collecting and not legitimate or when you complete a survey and don't get compensated. I've been utilizing this app for a bit and I admit it's better than most but I'm a weirdo when it comes to data collections so I get weirded out when these things happen.
I just read a few reviews. I was told that some of the surveys drop you and don't pay because the sponsor didn't remove the survey before you took it or something like that. Also I never collect past $5. To me it takes long enough to get to that and I noticed that after the initial $5 survey's are always closed. Rule of thumb, nothing is free...

Total trash! This app used to be great I never had an issue I always got my money I just started back using it again and now I cashed out about 2-3 weeks ago and it told me one or two business days and it never gave me the money same thing with their sister site Eureka surveys they also have started doing that and never pay you back so we emailed them they never respond we leave reviews on the Google Play app and then they'll tell us to email them at the same email that they never respond to and just keep apologizing and keep saying please email us but there's like a million emails that each of us have sent and nobody's getting any response nobody's getting any help at all they're just letting us use the app getting paid for whatever and not paying us like they promised that they would which I would say this now is probably a scam because you can't say on your app that you cash out thousands of times a day and you can't even cash out more than once every 24 hours now you also can't say that you pay for every cash out or give every cash out because you don't they just take your data and everything that you give when you use the app but they don't give back in return so I definitely don't recommend and everybody that I did refer to I will be letting them know to not even use it and to delete the app because this is very scammy like they were doing okay and now they're doing extra horrible I don't recommend at all if I could give them less than one star I absolutely would but I can't so that's the only reason I got even one star so survey spin and Eureka surveys are so very trash I wouldn't recommend using the apps at all

I would give them a zero rating if I could. I joined the app got paid out multiple times in the last three times they did not pay out. I’ve sent numerous emails saying they will get back to me and one to two business days a computer generator response. It’s been over week and I haven’t heard back from them yet. I’ve sent more emails get the same response with no response from them. Do yourself a favor and don’t feel like it’s a scam to get your personal information. Don’t do it. They are scumbags.

I had cashed out for a total of $28 way over a week ago I have never received my payment to PayPal I also was logged out of the app and when I input my email to log in I never receive my link I have wrote to support multiple times in a week and never got a response

I use to have good experiences but last time I cashed out on May 14th and have not received it yet. I’ve sent several emails and no response. If that’s the case and there is an issue with the app just take it down and remove it. It’s not about the money at this point. It’s the poor customer service and no correspondence.

This is by far the WORST survey app out there. Survey after survey either dont load, crash halfway through, give you a blank screen or halfway through tell you the survey is CLOSED. ABSOLUTELY the biggest con out there. I dont recommend using them at all because the app is USELESS.

Cashed out in the 16th may haven’t received the £15 I earned and now won’t respond to my emails! Wasted time I won’t get back! Disgusted!

This app is terrible when it comes to customer support. They have two other sites that work under one support and they will take their time to respond to you. I can’t get a magic link sent to my iCloud email because their backend system has an error and they REFUSE to release my funds via PayPal when I have been able to cash out from it before. They will blame the customer about the magic link and say “iCloud is blocking the email address” when in fact the email is not blocked and neither on a whitelist or blacklist. I have over $25 dollars sitting in the account I and I can’t cash out. SURVEYSPIN IS FRAUDULENT! This has been going on for over a week now.

I’ve not had surveys show up for weeks, I’ve sent several emails and have not had a reply.

I have been on survey spin since January 2024, and it has never failed to pay me (and really quickly). I would definitely recommend, although sometimes you complete a survey but don't receive your reward, otherwise it would be a 5 star review.
