Very easy to use
Very easy to use, even intuitive and the transfer is very fast. Also the amount the recipient would receive is very clear. New customers also don’t get charged a fee.
Have used it about nearly 10 times on the last 2 weeks and would recommend it.

I made a transaction to swap account…
I made a transaction to swap account forgetting to input the reference code number of the person am sending it to in Nigeria. So they money lefty account,went to swap money but because I forgot to direct the money to a reference code, Swap money could not send the money and the person in Nigeria could not receive the money.
I chatted them on Facebook Messenger to lay my complaint with transaction proofs and requesting their help to resolve MY ERROR .
AND IN A TWINKLE OF AN EYE,I GOT A CONFIRMATION TRANSACTION MESSAGE ON MY EMAIL THAT IT HAS BEEN SOLVED AND.MONEY SENT .
WOW! I CALLED NIGERIA AND MY SISTER CONFIRMED SHE HAS RECEIVED IT!
AM SO GRATEFUL TO SWAP MONEY.
