Excellent customer service, I used the chat on the website and got all the information I needed promptly despite it being a sunday. Ordered Sunday, arrived Tuesday. Beautiful product ( I bought the marcasite statement earrings )

Thankyou for your great fast service, for answering my question and for refunding the postage so quickly. Love these Angel wing drop and stud earrings, they are beautiful. Excellent quality and a great price.

I visited Swax when I was on holiday in Barmouth. It’s nice to see some quality stores opening up in the town. My daughter bought a wave design ring and I was impressed with the designs in the shop. I have now ordered more items online and I’m equally impressed with the quality and service.
Thank you.

Amazing service. My daughter lost an earring purchased from Swax a while ago. Swax kindly sourced a replacement pair for her to buy. Wonderful service. Thank you.

I purchased vouchers for a friend’s 60th birthday as I was told when she goes away she loves this shop. I emailed to enquire about the vouchers and I received very prompt replies to my queries. The vouchers could be delivered or sent by email. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely have a look in this shop. All in all a very
good service.

I visited the shop three times in three days and found the ladies working there both patient and helpful. Since then and in addition to my shopping in person I also ordered online. It was easy to do this.. I am delighted with the piece I received.

Ordered a necklace which arrived within 24 hours. It wasn't suitable for me and had to be returned. My refund was also very quick and within 24 hours.

Me and my wife have been visiting Barmouth for years with are family and dogs and we always find time to visit swax ,excellent service and products .

Fantastic independent shop.i always visit when in barmouth. Love my new bracelet.

Fabulous jewellery range, with excellent speedy service. Very well presented. Just wish you were bi-lingual Welsh/English because you would definitely have a lot more returning customers.

I love SWAX. Everytime I visit the store in Barmouth there is always something new to look at. I love that the pieces are made with thought of Snowdon, Barmouth bridge or even just the sea that capsulates where they're bought from.
This is the first time I've shopped online as can't get to the store due to lockdown but I can wait to receive the Whale tail ring for my Mom's Birthday present. Long may the store thrive. Hopefully see you in 2021

I ordered a pair of earrings as a present for my friend, they came beautifully packaged with a little bag to put them in. Very impressive
