Total incompetence
Total incompetence. The partial order was shipped first without the admin person without it. They then organised to ship what was missed out and only half of that was sent. I had to tell them about it and they then organised the shipping. They didn’t have one item I ordered in stock and enclosed an alternative item in the first parcel without telling me. I ended up having to return two items but they only organised a refund of one item. It was meant to be a simple order to ship but I had to contact them at every step above to sort things. I asked the admin person to register my complaint at the management level but I’ve not yet heard from them. To date, I have not received the refund of the 2nd item.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced with your order. This clearly hasn't been the smooth, simple process it should have been, and we understand your frustration.
I can see that our Customer Service team member has been working with you to try and resolve the issues raised. From what I have seen, there were two separate problems with your order. The first related to a carrier issue with the Dunlop balls — our reports from the carrier had shown these as delivered, but once you flagged that this wasn't the case, replacements were arranged and sent out to you.
The second issue was around the colour options for the Goggles. We're sorry for this, as it was caused by a system issue on our end, which has since been identified thanks to your report and resolved by our IT team.
I've reviewed your refund status and can confirm that a refund was processed earlier this week.
We're sorry for this shortfall on this order and for the extra effort this has required on your part to get things resolved.
I can also see you asked for your complaint to be escalated to management, and we're sorry this hasn't yet been followed up on. This will be escalated today for you.
Thank you for your patience throughout this, and apologies again for the level of service you've received.

I've placed an order online
I've placed an order online, and I noticed that I could've added a discount code displayed on the website.
So I've placed a second order for the lower price (with discount) thinking I can easily cancel the order that I just placed 5min ago.
The green "We are online" made me belive I am speaking to an actual person when I wasn't.
The AI assistant was useless.
I've emailed support the same evening to raise the issue that I want to cancel 1 of my 2 orders.
Now comes monday, and I see my order status has changed from unfulfilled to fulfilled and there is still no response from support or live chat.
So... there is effectively 0 grace time from placing an order and changing your mind. Absolutely abysmal. Maybe stop the AI integration and work on your website so we can self-serve our orders!
Edit: Received an email from support that the order has been cancelled and the full refund has been requested and will be issued soon.
Refund returned, 1 treadmill arrived all resolved the way I wanted. They did kept me on my toes haha but all resolved successfully

Equipment(echelon stride rcx 22) delivered on time. Didn't realise package would be as big as it was. Luckily item could be delivered via bi fold doors at rear. Did not take into account box dimensions just equipment size. Item now set up and looks great. Only downside item was supposed to be installed upstairs but just too heavy(120kg), too risky to take up without damaging staircase or wallpapering.

We're really glad the Echelon Stride RCX 22 made it through the bi-fold doors and is now set up and looking great — sometimes these things require a bit of creative thinking! We do understand the frustration of not being able to get it upstairs though — 120kg is no joke and you were absolutely right to prioritise your staircase and wallpaper over the perfect placement! 💪
In the meantime, we hope the ground floor setup is working out brilliantly and that the Stride is already putting in the hard work.
