Great service from this company
Great service from this company. They responded immediately to my request regarding loose screws on the players on the table football. Replacement players and additional screws were dispatched to me almost immediately. They also kept in contact with me via email and kept me updated. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great customer service.
I was very happy with the service I got from sweatband. My treadmill had a faulty display and I was given excellent service in terms of investigation of the fault and how it could be resolved. special thanks to Angelica who dealt with my query. It was suggested that I'd need a new console for the treadmill and a replacement was promptly dispatched at very reasonable cost. It was easy to swap and the treadmill is all working great again!

Changed delivery date without asking me
Was ok but i was told one date, booked it off work and then given a new date without warning. Ended up being a drama with work just to take a quick delivery.

The box that contained the rower was…
The box that contained the rower was delivered severely damaged. Luckily the rower wasn’t damaged but the hardware bag containing the 8 alan key bolts was missing. But customer care was brilliant /responsive and quickly rectified the problem. All good in the end .

Excellent help
When a problem developed with my exercise bike I contacted Sweatband and received a rapid reply to my email. Following further correspondence, it was possible to identify the cause of the problem and a replacement part was immediately despatched to me by courier. I was able to fit the part myself and the bike is now working perfectly. I thought the service I received from the Sweatband team was excellent. I would certainly recommend this company.

The help and advice I have had from the Sweatband team has been excellent. I had loads and loads of questions to help my buying decision and the customer support team were really helpful, explaining everything in detail. They were very patient even though it took me a long time to get around to ordering the item. I was also supported through the ordering process. Sturdy and stable
Delivered promptly as promised, great value for money.
Bought this exercise bike to assist in recuperating from knee replacement. Wasn't expecting much fir the money, but wasn't intending to give it a great deal of use. However it is sturdy and stable even on thick carpet, so I will be continuing to use it for regular exercise.
