Very good machine for the price
The item (rowing machine) arrived quickly and was well packaged to avoid damage in transit. The price, with discount code, was very good. The machine itself is quite basic, but that was what I wanted and so far I have found it perfectly suitable for my requirements- I am a 68 year old man who wants to introduce some extra muscular exercise to my routine.

Customer service sorted delivery issue
Update - customer service sorted the delivery issue and the problem was due to the courier. I’ve now bought a treadmill, matting and squat rack from sweatband and the equipment has been excellent and the process with the other kit was faultless.
Sadly the customer service team let me down this time. I contacted to say that the wrong address was on the order (My mistake) and please could they change it. They cancelled and re-processed the order only to send it out to the wrong address again. Other than this though I’ve used the company several times recently and the products have been good and the delivery swift.
