Sweatband were great. Quick delivery and assembled by their subcontractor the same day. The product is excellent. I had a few questions and I was helped by a very understanding lady called Angelica.

Does what other companies can’t
Next day delivery when all the other companies I looked at couldn’t manage this for a two man job! Perfect! Great price.
Could have paid for the item to be built but didn’t need this service myself.

Delivered an year old pack of slazenger ball tubes. There is no way to reach their phone as their line doesn’t connect at all.

Not reliable / misleading
I ordered an already strung Wilson Clash 100L V3 Tennis Racket for next day delivery.
It arrives the next day but incorrectly the racket is unstrung. I have a tournament the following day.
I was told by Sweatband it would be better if I pay a local racket shop to string the racket for me and will be reimbursed by Sweatband the cost. But they do not reimburse me the full cost and say the best they could do is refund me… but I’ve already paid to have the racket strung so it was too last to refund the item either.
All in all, first time using Sweatband… last time using.

Good rowing machine for the price
Good rowing machine for the price. Disappointed to find there was cosmetic damage to the front. Sweatband offered a full refund but, without instructions, it proved difficult to repackage so accepted a 20% discount, which was promptly made. Husband, who hadn't exercised in years, has been using it every day.

Great decision to order from Sweatband. Super quick next day, free delivery of Reebok I-Run 5.0 folding treadmill. (Delivery company excellent too). Brilliant price and high quality product which includes a very smooth auto incline function.

No power cable supplied with treadmill
The ordering and delivery was good. However my treadmill came without a UK power cable so haven't been able to use it yet! I've tried contacting via website and social media but no response still after a week. Very frustrating
