Sweatband were great. Quick delivery and assembled by their subcontractor the same day. The product is excellent. I had a few questions and I was helped by a very understanding lady called Angelica.

Great treadmill and quick delivery. This treadmill has completely upgraded my home workouts. It’s sturdy, quiet, and the incline settings make it easy to switch things up. Setup was quick, as it pretty much comes self assembled. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a reliable way to stay active without leaving the house!

The machine although smart does not support zwift which was the reason I purchased the machine
It does not warn people of this and needs another device screen to access the zwift app
I would avoid this machine and purchase elsewhere

I have read both your reviews. You are clearly not happy with your experience; I can only apologise that we have not met your standards.
The product never has, or advertised, that it is compatible with Zwift. We sell models that do, but these are all clearly called out with the logo, Echelon has its own connected training software.
I actually purchased this model myself, so I know it well, and there is a similar feature to Zwift. Echelon Worlds is a gamified version, where you can race against others or yourself with ghost mode. Obviously differences from Zwift, but if that kind of training is what you like, Echelon Worlds is worth checking out.
Again, sorry you had this experience. I did a full review of the page to make sure Zwift compatibility was not mentioned, but I could not see any indication. I hope you are now enjoying other aspects of the Echelon platform. I have had mine for six months, and it really is a great treadmill.

They sent me wrong item. I sent them back but they didn’t resend the item I need. I emailed them but no reply. Even I haven’t received the refund yet.
Just to clarify, I initially emailed on 5th August and didn’t receive a reply as the customer service representative was away. She apologised for this when she returned, and from then on everything was handled smoothly and the issue was resolved. I’m happy with how it was dealt with in the end.

I ordered a tennis racket, which arrived very promptly. I had forgotten to user a discount code at the checkout and was rather irritated with myself, so I sent an email expressing my frustration. Very kindly, Sweatband belatedly applied the discount for me and refunded me the relevant amount. In this day of disappointing customer service, I was most impressed! Many thanks, Sweatband.
