Sweatband were great. Quick delivery and assembled by their subcontractor the same day. The product is excellent. I had a few questions and I was helped by a very understanding lady called Angelica.

Brilliant service from the in-store in MK team.
Went into the store and the team member on the desk was fantastic! Showed me all I needed to know and got me setup really quick with tennis gear. Exactly the type of first hand service I was looking for rather than a generic big store. Thank you.

Completely ignored and order hasn't even been dispatched
I am extremely frustrated with the service from Sweatband. I ordered an expensive Echelon Strength+ on 26th July, which was supposed to arrive the following Tuesday.
It has now been well past the expected delivery date, and I know for a fact that the item hasn't even been dispatched yet. A representative called on Thursday mentioning "technical issues" and promised an update by Friday - an update that never happened.
What makes this even more disappointing is the total breakdown in communication. Live chat attempts go nowhere, and follow-up emails have been met with total silence. Spending a significant amount of money with a retailer only to be kept completely in the dark, with broken promises and an order that hasn't even shipped, is an awful experience.

I can confirm this was caused by a technical issue which meant your order wasn't processed for Direct Dispatch from the Manufacturers as it should have been. This obviously fell short of the service you should expect, and I apologise for the delay and frustration this has caused.
I've also noted your comments regarding our online chat, and this will be reviewed in more detail to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
Looking at your case, I can see you contacted our Customer Support team on Monday 3rd August, and Maria replied on Tuesday 4th. She has been assisting with getting this resolved directly with the Manufacturers, and I believe your unit should now be on its way to you.
Apologies again for the inconvenience this has caused. If there's anything further you need, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I had an issue getting the 10% discount on a first purchase from this company, however they did respond positively after a reminder.
Otherwise a good experience on delivery time of product etc.

Smooth Treadmill Order
Order, updates and delivery were smooth and well managed. Phone call ahead of delivery arrival and delivery in the time window advised night before.
Delivery guys were really helpful.
Treadmill was large and heavy and needed 3-man delivery which limits days of week available to select.
Oh- and got a great price too 😁
