Sweatband were great. Quick delivery and assembled by their subcontractor the same day. The product is excellent. I had a few questions and I was helped by a very understanding lady called Angelica.

The delivery driver had to bigger van…and crack down left side of the front part
The delivery driver had to bigger van so I had ro go down lane so he could put in my car.then when I almost finished putting it to gether there was a big crack down the side of the left side of the front part.so I put gorilla tape on it don't know how long it will last I should of returned but I could not put it back in box I suffer with anxiety and how was I going to return it to post office thanks lana

I can see from our records that you haven't been in touch with our Customer Service team about this issue — please do get in touch with us directly so we can sort this out properly. We can arrange a full replacement, including collection of the faulty unit and redelivery of the new one, so you wouldn't need to worry about repackaging it or taking it to a post office at all. You should never have to keep hold of a faulty item, especially with the anxiety that returning it was causing you.
Please reach out to us as soon as you can so we can get this resolved for you.

Apologies you are disappointed with regards to our returns process. I can see that your returns request was approved on the 8th July following the following reason "slightly too small" and you returned your order on the 11th July and this was refunded on the 12th July.

Sweatband great, DPD not!
No problem using website to place order. Great price. Correct goods arrived at second delivery attempt. Only issue was with DPD as the driver ignored the instruction to leave the goods with my neighbour and so failed at first attempt on the Friday... not out for drlivery again until Mon. Can't mark Sweatband down for DPD's failings.

Structural chassis failure and disappointing after-sales support
I purchased a Viavito LunaRun treadmill from Sweatband and, after a period of less than 3 years of normal domestic use, the welded main chassis suffered a structural failure when it sheared.
I appreciated that the manufacturer's warranty had expired, so my complaint was not based on the warranty. Instead, I contacted Sweatband because I believed a structural failure of the main chassis raised legitimate concerns about the product's durability.
Unfortunately, I found the process of trying to resolve the issue to be lengthy and disappointing. Communication was often slow, responsibility appeared to be passed between different parties, and I had to invest a significant amount of time pursuing the matter.
What disappointed me most was not that a product developed a fault—any product can fail—but the lack of ownership shown in dealing with a serious structural defect.
After many months, I decided that the time and effort required to continue pursuing the matter outweighed any likely benefit.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sweatband for expensive fitness equipment where after-sales support may become important

I want to reassure you that we did take your concerns about the LunaRun's chassis seriously. Our team reviewed the photographs and details you provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, assessing the durability of the product against its price point, intended use, and product category, as the law requires us to do. Having done so, we didn't feel the fault demonstrated a lack of reasonable durability given the treadmill had provided close to three years of service. We also offered a discount towards a replacement model as a gesture of goodwill, and confirmed our final position in writing along with details of our approved ADR provider, RetailADR, so you had the option to pursue an independent assessment if you disagreed with our findings.
Having reviewed our correspondence, I'd also gently push back on the suggestion that communication was slow on our part — every message you sent us in February 2026 received a response within three working days, and most were answered the same or next day. I appreciate, though, that the overall process of raising a claim, gathering evidence, and considering your position properly can still feel time-consuming from your side, even where individual replies are prompt, and I'm sorry it felt that way.
If you'd still like to pursue the matter further, our offer to engage with RetailADR remains open, and we're happy to cooperate with that process. Alternatively, if there's anything else we can do to help, please do get in touch with us directly.
