I love the products I have purchased from Sweet Cicily's. I have made my own lip balms using the make your own kit and they smell gorgeous. I'm going to give them to family members as Christmas presents and keep one for myself of course!

I love the cream, very nourishing and hydrating; but would prefer if it were packaged in a glass pot rather than plastic

The website was easy to navigate and had a beautiful selection of products. Communication was very good and delivery was speedy and well packaged. It was really good to be able to purchase natural and ethical products. This was a present for my granddaughter which I know she will adore and guide her to make natural her future beauty products from natural and ethical suppliers

Brilliant lip balm craft kit for daughter's party - so easy to do and children loved making their own. V responsive company who turned around the kits in no time at all and put an extra pot in each box, so a huge thankyou!!

Came quickly which was needed as trying to heal my palm which has chemical dermatitis due to too much filler and caulking use.
My hand has been red raw but now three days later with constant application of your hand balm it is nearly healed. Originally went for this product because of it's high content of Sea Buckthorn.x

Poor communication.
Product seemed good, but communication was non existent (googlepay used my old address, one i havent used for 3 years!!!)). I emailed immediately after the orderwas placed as itonly showed old address after order was placed(!)
Emailed immediately, explained and asked them to correctthe address... nothing, apart from 2 days later a confirmation of item being sent out to old address... poor (read no) communication/customer service.

Vanilla body butter smells beautiful and really moisturises. Soothing cream works amazingly, hand cream too. Face creams so gentle and Victoria sponge lip balm great fun and effective.
Would love you to do a solid perfume in the coconut or the vanilla fragrance ☺️

The lip balm was bought as a Christmas present themed on cupcakes. It arrived as promised so Thanku for an excellent service!

I bought this gift for my daughter and she was very pleased with it. Nice packaging, so it makes the gift look special. My only negative would be that I was expecting a pot and spatula in the set to apply the clay mask ( as shown on the pics). However the items in the set look really nice.
