I am sadly disappointed with the product, I have to say it did soften the hands,
but had no effect on the eczema that I am troubled with.

We're sorry to hear that our cream was not as helpful as you'd hoped. All skin types are different and unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will have the same effect on everybody.
We've had many reviews to suggest that it has helped a number of people who have dry skin conditions, however, it is not something that we can ensure.

Sub standard product - much better on the market
I ordered the "make your own lipbalm kit" through not on the High Street. The personalisation they offered is merely a stick on label with the name printed on. The product is very basic - arriving in a brown box with small plastic bags with the product in. I bought it for my 11 year old granddaughter but when it arrived I read the instrucions which were to melt the product using boiling water. Not what I would consider suitable for children. When I told them it wasn't suitable I was told they didn't offer refunds for personalised items. A Stick On label !!!! Very poor product, very poor customer service.

We endeavour to make sure our listings for the products are as clear as possible to ensure that there is no confusion over what you will receive in the post. There are detailed photographs, accurate measurements of the size, weight, appearance and overall look of the product.
With regards to it's suitability for children: We do advise that children are supervised. Whether or not they are able to make the lip balms will largely depend on the parents or caregivers opinions on this.
We have looked into your case and see that we advised that the child was supervised when making the lip balms. We also offered an alternative of heating the contents in the microwave to avoid having to use boiling water.
It is Not On The High Street policy that refunds are not applicable for personalised items unless they are faulty. The terms and conditions can be found on their website for this. The reason for this being that once they are personalised, they cannot be resold.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the gift not being suitable for your granddaughter and for you not feeling satisfied with the quality of the product.
