You all always kept me informed of my account. If you all needed anything you would email me. If i had a question you answered with a quick response.

It was a perfect experience with TCA. I’m forever grateful. I lost my husband last December. I wish he was here to see it. We looked forward to this day. TCA was kind enough to lower my payment when he passed away so that I could still afford to pay while I worked things out Customer service was always polite and patient.

They make changes to payments easy on their site and can take directions by email. They call you and patiently help you make sense of the numbermathing (lol) so you can finalize amounts or give the okay. They bought out a another debt helping co and while I miss the old guy who helped me through every step directly, I am loving the modernized, no fluff system of TCA. THANKYOU

Take Charge America is a great resource for anyone who wants to pay off their credit cards. Their Customer Service is excellent !! Every time I submitted a question through the portal, I received an answer within an hour. So friendly, helpful and understanding.

The help I received with lowering the interest rates was wonderful because I could actually see the balances getting less and less. The people who answer the phones are helpful and compassionate. It's not a phone call anyone wants to make... but, it's the people who answer the phone make it easier.
