I felt that there was lots of mis communication between you and the sellers solicitors, which fed different stories back to me , based on my sale and my purchase thats took over a year to complete i feel all parties dealing with this were at times very disappointing to keep me updated , towards the end was better , but overall I felt very disappointed with the experience and the total cost compared to my previous house moves with other solicitors, but still wish to thankyou for your service .

Overall I don’t have much to complain about, the process was made smooth and easy and took a lot of the heavy lifting off my mind, whenever I needed to chase something up or get confirmation about something, I was always able to ring or email. The friction I encountered was to do with their app for tracking and managing progress with the home buying application. During the onboarding process when making a payment, it was refused leading to a weird bug that left the app unusable. However they were more than happy to help assist and provide details when needed or asked for.

I can’t say anything else other than to recommend them, when calling there was hardly any wait time and were always friendly to get you to the right people

Extremely disappointing experience, especially as a first-time buyer.

We were sent a huge volume of legal and mortgage documents and were largely expected to work through them ourselves, with very little meaningful explanation of the points that actually mattered to us as buyers. What we needed was clear guidance on the key risks, unusual clauses, important obligations, deadlines, and any terms that could potentially be unfavourable. Instead, most of the communication felt like documents were simply being forwarded or summarised in legal language without proper context.

For a first-time buyer, this is exactly where a solicitor should add value: explaining what we are signing, highlighting anything we should be cautious about, and helping us understand the practical implications. I did not feel we received that level of service.

At times, it felt as though far more attention was being given to satisfying the lender, developer and process requirements than actually advising us as the clients paying the legal fees. We repeatedly had to identify questions ourselves, research matters independently, and chase for clarification.

The most frustrating part is that much of what we received could have been produced by an automated document summary. Paying professional legal fees should mean receiving professional judgement, proactive advice and clear communication — not simply being given lengthy documents and expected to interpret them ourselves.

Overall, I found the service impersonal, reactive and poor value for money. Based on our experience, I genuinely struggle to understand what meaningful service we received in return for the fees charged.

The two conveyencers were polite, respectful and helpful. They handled everything switly and efficiently but, through no fault of theirs, it took a long time to resolve issues along the way which made the process long and very tedious.

The experience was effortless and very client‑focused. Every stage was clearly communicated, and everything was handled in an efficient, timely, and well‑organised manner. I would highly recommend Sara and her team.

Could do better, started off reasonably well with the documents for the sale of my mom’s house but then I repeatedly had to chase progress as I was not being updated . Was advised that something essential was merely advisory and was asked on 5 separate occasions about an entry when this was very straightforward. This alone added at least 3 weeks to the sale process and again I had to chase repeatedly. It didn’t help that the buyers chose online solicitors which did add another 4 weeks on but the sale of a vacant property to a first time buyer should not have taken almost 4 months.

Our experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, we found it very difficult to obtain updates or meaningful communication. Emails frequently went unanswered, and telephone calls were often not answered, leaving us having to repeatedly chase for information.

At times, it felt as though our business and the importance of our matter were simply not a priority. The lack of communication created a considerable amount of unnecessary stress and frustration during what was already a significant process.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend their services. The level of communication and customer service fell well below the standard we expected from a professional legal firm.

The process was so easy and stress free for us. The team were on it from the get go, every question answered and explained and every email and phone call answered. Thank you so much Rachel, Emily and Melissa for helping us buy our house purchase. Highly recommend them.
