Incompetent
After being 8 days without heating and hot water An appointment was made for and engineer and electrician to come for 1st February an all day appointment.On Thursday the engineer arrived at 8am spent 5hrs installing the boiler when he left he told me the electrician would be with us soon
And also all the rubbish would be collected that day. By 4pm no sign of electrician so rang TBrown after being in a queue for 45 minutes spoke to customer services and was told the electrician should have told us he wasn’t coming. But he would be with us on the Friday. So at 8am Friday rang T Brown to confirm and was told someone would be there between 8am &8pm , it got to 4pm so I rang TBrown and was listening to music until 5pm obviously it was Friday and they didn’t want to deal with there customers
So no one turned up again. Rang Saturday morning and was told that an email would be sent to the insulation team again and someone would call me
Of course no phone call over the weekend
So this morning I rang at 8am and spoke to a lady who said they couldn’t send anyone out until tomorrow
If we want hot water at the moment we have to put the boiler up to 80 which means the radiators are on higher than normal just so we have hot water
I lost a days pay as I had to have Friday off and now I have to have another day off tomorrow
Also the rubbish the engineer left was still sitting in my front garden yesterday which included the old boiler and tank But apparently there coming for that today. All I can say is what a way to run a company Peabody needs to rethink when TBrown contract is up for renewal

This morning I have been waiting since 7.30 it is now 2pm.
This is the 3rd time the Engineer has not showed or has shoved a card through the letterbox without knocking.
I hear very well. I have the windows open and I'm not making any noise and I live in a quiet off road. I cannot understand what is going on here - do they get paid if the take a picture of the door - taxpayers money - for a picture of the door and say there was no answer.
The 4th appointment on Friday I am leaving the door open, let's see how they get around that one.
I will also make a complaint to the council and ask for an FOI on how TBrowns payment structure works.
Something is seriously wrong here.
Useless- caught on camera engineer
Made me wait in all day only for the useless engineer to be recorded on my ring doorbell taking a picture of my door without ringing the bell, then pissing off home.
They couldn’t care less.
I had an appointment to switch on the gas and the boiler between 8am till 1pm.
No one called. I then phoned the company after 1pm to see what was happening explaining to them that I took my morning off and that I was waiting in a cold place (new property with no gas on) since 7:30am.
They said that the technician was running late and should be with me within the next hour.
After 2:30pm, still no one or phone call. I phoned again the company that is now telling me that their technician is doing my postcode and that he has two jobs (me included) at this postcode so he should be with me very soon.
Now it is 3:40 and guess what nobody has turned up.
I made another call to the company ( for all those phone call I been waiting on average 45 to 60 minutes to get someone) that tells me that their guy should be coming a bit before 6pm but if he doesn’t turn up to contact them in order to book another appointment.
That will be 10 hours and a half waiting.
Now I caught a cold and I am very upset.
Well done Tbrown for that amazing professionalism and customer service!

This company must be the country's worst boiler broke down three times in a month now awaiting another part as no hot water , if you phone your wait an eternity it's about time Peabody Trust changed this so called company but I guess they are the cheapest so pay peanuts and you get monkeys dreadful company .

Never turn up on booked appointments
Still waiting for engineer not the first time I've wasted holidays waiting in for the brown that never arrived on booked days off! Been waiting today for emergency engineer leaks, water out of walls no way to contain been clearing puddles all day yet still waiting water is dripping out my lights so expect me to sit with no lights, no heating in puddles. I don't feel safe and they don't seem concerned or bothered, lie that they came when I have been sitting allday at the window waiting. Been two years waiting to put a radiator back to the wall by tbrown had appointment booked Monday 15th, thought finally job be complete

I give no stars!!! Disgusting service left me with out hot water or heating for 2 weeks not to mention boiler has been leaking water for 1YEAR!!!! Failed to turn up to appointments everyday for a nearly 2 weeks lied to my face and said they did, come out i have cctv one guy showed up sat in van and said couldn't gain access i went to talk with him he drove off, lost 2 weeks wages and no heating or hot water resulting in my child becoming unwell. I have to give them one star but would rather give them ZERO. I am unfortunate as I have no choice but to use them as I am a council tenant. 3 times they haven’t bothered to show up for my gas safety check. They pretend they have by supposedly taking a photo of my door entry system. I’ve made a formal complaint and they are meant to be contacting me. I won’t hold my breath !!

Have left us 16 days with no heating and hot water. All that keeps getting said is ‘someone will be in contact imminently’ no idea what that means. This issue has been labelled as urgent but think they have a different definition of that word to the rest of the world. Think they need to be honest and tell the truth. Shocking service. This is the third time this year we’ve been left without any heating or hot water for longer than a week this year!!! The engineers that keep coming have no idea. It’s one problem, oh no wait it’s now something else. Actually no this is the issue. They haven’t got a scooby!

I would not even give any star but to write this review I had no choice! T brown’s service is absolutely deplorable I cannot begin to explain! I have been given two appointments and both times they cancelled without notification and made me miss important hospital appointments. They are the worst of the worst.

Tbrown is the most useless heating…
Tbrown is the most useless heating company I've ever have to deal with. Their engineers are pure incompetent and liars. They are very in a hurry to go home. If you're unfortunate to have an appointment for late afternoon, they will come to your place, take the picture of your door without ringing the bell and report it as no access.

Absolutely disgraceful!
Absolutely disgraceful!! Had no heating for over a month with two young kids, and it’s still not fixed! It’s only 1degree outside now! You wait for them to arrive within the selected time slot and they never arrive. I requested for the engineer to notify me before he arrives when you have to rebook the appointment but the request is never met!
I honestly dislike them, no remorse for their customers.

Took 6 call outs to fix heating
Took 6 call outs to fix heating. About 20 mostly wasted calls, 2 missed appointments in which no one showed up in the time frame, 2 appointments where the engineer wasn't given the part they needed.
The engineers were polite and helpful, especially Charles who fixed the issue. Great service. The customer service team tried to help. The issue here is the way this company is run and management. For a huge contract with the local council, it's quite unbelievable that operations are completely inadequate and as shocking as this, as all the reviews show.
How hard is it for the managers of this company to run a mostly accurate timetable, have effective communication with their teams and ensure their engineers have the information they need to carry out their jobs? Seemingly impossible!
