Do not use this company dodgy as hell ordered a picture of my dog said it was shipped then tracking was removed , they said the uploaded a picture of product but it’s blank you can’t contact the seller directly apparently tedoo doesn’t allow this even though they send you an email stating the sellers details will be on the email. I’m going to contact my bank because 100% it’s a scam!

Scam!!!! Do not buy any hand crafted items from this website they won't ship it to you but they are very fast at taking your money. I reached out to them after my purchase and haven't heard back in 3 weeks and crickets! Placed order since 7/14, Still haven't received product and it's been over a month with no tracking number!
Today is 8/21 and still no reply to my request for update email that I sent to Tedooo on 8/17. They only replied to me on trustpilot after reading my review. Do not order anything from these guys until you see an update on my post that I actually received product. Until now, no tracking number, no eta, no reply to my email yet. I am not posting my order number in this public forum. It’s in my email already. I will also post the quality to see if it’s actually what they advertise it to be.

Ripped off for hundreds of dollars.
I ordered custom art from this site on July 2. It is now almost the end of August. I was promised a proof of my product within days of ordering which has never arrived. I never received a confirmation email. I have been in touch with the company now at least seven or eight times they keep saying it is in production, but I still have not received. Any proof that this product is being made or will ever be shipped at this point. I am now going to be contacting my credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau to let them know it appears that I have been ripped off for hundreds of dollars Zero stars do not recommend. There is no way apparently to contact a seller directly avoid buying from this company at all costs.

I do not recommend it. It took a month to arrive (which was understandable, as they had emailed me to say it would take longer due to the nature of the piece), but what I ultimately received doesn't compare at all to what I paid for; the colors don't even match. I emailed them photos to show the difference but never received a reply—it is truly disappointing.

Absolutely loved the beautiful mosaic of my precious kitty Snowflake. Delivery took a while but it was worth the wait. The artist did a fabulous job and the masterpiece is hanging in my bedroom. The sunlight hits the lustrous tiles beautifully in that morning and she can admire the portraits of herself while she naps on the bed while I’m at work. Thank you so much! I showed pictures to staff and clients at my vet’s office and at the Petsmart grooming salon. Everyone was impressed.

Portrait glass
Hello,
Today I received part of my order. I ordered two pieces, but so far I have received only one.
Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the artwork I received. The actual product looks very different from the AI-generated images shown in your advertising and, in my opinion, the piece looks unfinished.
The biggest problem is the large amount of visible white space and white seams between the pieces of glass. I understand that handmade artwork cannot look absolutely perfect, but these seams should at least be filled or painted in colors matching the artwork. Instead, the entire piece has a very pale, washed-out appearance because of all the white gaps.
The details of the people in the artwork are almost completely lost. Their faces practically have no visible eyes or mouths because the colors and details are interrupted by the white seams. This is completely different from the beautiful, detailed appearance shown in your advertising.
I am also disappointed that the artwork does not have the pronounced 3D, raised effect that is shown in the promotional photos. The actual piece looks much flatter and far less impressive.
Another major issue is the size. I ordered a 50 × 50 cm artwork. What I received is a 50 × 50 cm FRAME, while the actual artwork inside the frame is much smaller — almost half the expected size. When a customer orders a 50 × 50 cm artwork, it is reasonable to expect the artwork itself to be approximately that size, not simply the outside dimensions of the frame. Otherwise, you could have used a much smaller frame around exactly the same artwork.
Considering the price, I genuinely do not understand how the quality of the finished product can be so different from what is shown in the advertising.
I am actually glad that I decided to order only two pieces instead of the several different artworks I had originally planned to purchase. Based on what I received today, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and would not order additional pieces.
I am still waiting for the second piece of my order, but unfortunately, my experience with the first one has been very disappointing.

Shipping took a very long time. Over a month from when I ordered it to the time I got it. When it finally did arrive it was nothing like the 3D glass effect on linen background artwork that was advertised and what I thought I was purchasing. Instead it is a cheap looking flat piece of glass like material on a bluish background. Not worth the $100 I paid. If that's what I knew I was going to get I would have never ordered. Stay away from this company. Bait and switch and can't deliver on advertised product. I have pictures of what I ordered and what I got and they are like a laughable Pinterest fail, only it's not funny because I feel like I got scammed.

Terrible
Terrible - I placed the order. There was nothing when I placed it that said hey you should put these names in this also so I end up getting what looks like the dogs but instead of their names I got “ name and Quote” instead of Enzo and Marty. This looks absolutely ridiculous. I cannot give this as a gift. I am super disappointed. I emailed after I placed the order and said hey Enzo and Marty are the names of the dogs. They said that they would push the information onto the order and obviously it never got placed. How disappointing is this this absolutely looks f******** ridiculous.

My son ordered a custom suncatcher of our dog Buddy. At checkout, there was NO field to enter a custom name - the preview defaulted to "Charlie". He left a note in the comments at checkout as instructed saying "Please change name from Charlie to Buddy".
He also emailed the artist and Tedooo support and got no reply. (Here is his comment "I sent an email over. That email is probably what they are asking about. There was no way for me to "approve/not approve" the order. I sent a message to the "artist" and to the tedoo support team and didnt get a response. When i made the purchase, there was not a spot to put an actual name. So at the time of the purchase, i said in the comments to change the name from Charlie to Buddy.)
They shipped it as "Charlie". We don't know a dog named Charlie. Our dog is Buddy.
When I complained, support rep Jane replied and ADMITTED: "I checked order #14513435 and can see the note asking to use Buddy instead of Charlie." Then she said "The notes field is not used for design changes" so they made it as Charlie anyway and won't remake it for free. Offered me 10% off to re-order.
So they saw his instructions, ignored them, shipped the wrong name, and now want me to pay again. This is a scam system - if there's no name field, the notes SHOULD be read. And if you email them before shipping and get no reply, you can't "approve" anything.
Photo attached shows the useless "Charlie" suncatcher we received. Buyer beware of custom orders.

Very disappointed with this purchase
Very disappointed with this purchase. The item I received is not the same quality as the one advertised in the listing. The frame arrived damaged and has visible scratches/worn areas, and the picture itself looks dirty and poorly finished. The workmanship is much lower quality than what was shown in the advertised photos. This item was not as described, and I would like a full refund. I have attached photos showing the condition of the item I received.
