Don’t get scammed like I did.
After waiting two months for my dogs portrait, I was extremely disappointed in what I received. I was expecting a portrait created by glueing together individual tiles. What I got was a clear sheet of “tiles” placed over a color picture of my dog. I expected a work of art and got cheap crap that definitely wasn’t worth a tenth of what I paid for it. Scammed again by grifters on social media!

WHAT A RIP OFF!
I just received the item that I ordered back in July 21st and today it is September 25th. What I receive is nothing like I was shown in their markup of the actual photo. What they showed you on these customers videos is not actual and total falsehoods. If I could upload photos of the products, they advertise and the photo of what I received you would see what I am talking about. The quality is so cheap! Please stay clear of this company. It’s nothing but a scam and not worth the money for their items. Also, beware that all sales once you place your orders are final and they are no returns! The only way that you would get a refund is if you cancel the order within three hours after placing it. What a waste of time!

Extremely unimpressed
Item took an exceptionally long time to arrive - almost two months past the projected arrival date. When it did arrive, the item was damaged and marked up. The shipping box was not damaged, so this indicates that the item was marked and damaged prior to shipping but was shipped out anyway.

Beautiful suncatchers!
So far we have ordered 6 different items and we are more than happy. The quality of our suncatchers and Christmas tree ball is so beautiful! I bought three of the 6 for memorial presents for family and a friend. The other three my daughter bought for me as a memorial for my pets that just passed away this past year. I highly recommend this company!

Perfect in every way
Have to admit, was skeptical to order not knowing exactly what we were going to receive but we wanted something to memorialize our fur baby and we are not disappointed. We ordered the largest size and this piece is absolutely gorgeous.. WE LOVE IT! Thank you for capturing our happy goofy girl just as we remember her. Way overpriced. Shipping time is super long. Ordered the "Glass breakthrough". The preview looks amazing, so what we got paled in comparison.

Pet memorial glass mosaic from Tedooo
I ordered a large glass mosaic of my dog. Videos online showed the picture being made up of leaf like shards of coloured glass. It took nearly two months to arrive, ordered in July, and I’ve just received it the third week in September. I thought the issue was it was taking a long time to produce. But it finally arrived and it’s a poor quality print covered by a single pane of glass, not the individual shards or leaves of glass. It was meant to have some kind of relief i.e profile but it is flat and quite. I am very disappointed and would not recommend buying anything from them.
Poor quality product. Too expensive for what it is. Website and design process gives you an idea of the product, but sadly under delivered. As the item is not as promised. The videos on Facebook bare no resemblance to the actual product received.

Wow. Absolutely amazing quality. Made me cry it was that stunning. Would highly recommend. Such a true likeness of our fur baby. Would use again. Order was kept updated at all stages. I purchased 3 different framed pictures…
I purchased 3 different framed pictures from them. It took awhile but I figured since they are hand made, it would take time. I rather have them done right and not rush it. It was a few months but I wanted it done right. They are overseas. I am very happy with my purchase.

my order took FOREVER, my order is clearly not as advertised...Tedoo says its layered glass gives it a 3d affect wich is not true
...It's one piece of glass printed on and has no 3d layered affect.....its a cheap piece and clearly NOT WORTH THE MONEY....VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Cute but not worth the price for the quality
I ordered a picture of my dog toward the beginning of August and received it almost a month later. I expected it to be more elaborate then what I received. Upon close inspection it looks like they printed a picture of my dog on canvas and took a solid piece of plastic made to look like individual pieces and placed it on top of the picture it give it a mosaic look. The frame was also cracked during shipping.
