Horrible Product
Order was placed July 24 product received Sept 19. Tried reaching out to customer service was sent a untrackable tracking number. The product does not look anything like what they show on the website. There are some missing mirror pieces as well. The color is very dull and not vibrant as what is advertised. Horrible customer service and product.

I ordered 10 weeks ago and kept…
I ordered 10 weeks ago and kept receiving “Product running late” emails. Finally, I received a “shipped” email two weeks ago with a tracking link. The tracking link provides no information other than “shipped” with no shipping company, etc. I have contacted Customer Support several times with no response. I’m now filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered months ago, and still nothing, and now after seeing all the other reviews here saying the same, obviously a scam site, now going to refute with the credit card. Then I saw Tedooo respond with my order has shipped, now they reviewed my post here and say they can't find my order, please do not order from these scammers, they post fake good reviews every hour with AI bots!!!

Avoid at all costs
Over three weeks since my order was supposedly posted with a tracking number. This was after 10 weeks of them making my order. No picture evidence of my order was given to prove it was even made.
Tedooo has declined my claim from my bank to get the transaction reversed despite them having no proof of delivery.
Very unprofessional company to deal with. Avoid at all costs!

Negative 10! We recently lost our Rottweiler, Jack. We saw the advertisement on TikTok and placed an order. It took over a month when we finally received the package. The portrait is not made of stained glass , but colored plastic pieces. And they sent what looks like a gray, brown and white terrier with the name Kody. We contacted them and they said they would look into it. It wasn’t until my husband left a negative comment on website ( which they deleted minutes later ) that they told us that it took a lot of work to put the portrait together and they couldn’t refund us. The picture was not our dog, it is not what we ordered . Clearly they sent us someone else pet. DO NOT ORDER FROM this company very deceptive and unprofessional
Update: customer service said they would replace the item but again- the product is NOT made of stained glass. It is made of colored plastic. They are being dishonest about what they claim to sell

No delivery of product
3months on and no delivery of my order. I contacted after 8 weeks and was given a code for a free gift as a way of appology. That also raised alarm bells due to checking out it wouldnt recognise my address.

Broken Frame
I received my portrait of my Boy but it came in broke and I’m very upset by this. No foam no bubble wrap, the frame was broke and it was old and used. The picture itself is beautiful but I can’t hang it up because the frame is broke and the backing isn’t large enough for the frame. I hope they will make it right by sending me another one not broke. I wish there was an actual person to speak to. I really hope that after paying over 200.00 they will replace the portrait .

After enduring a lengthy wait of two and a half months, I finally received the long-anticipated portrait of my beloved dog. Allow me to provide some context: I have an Alaskan Malamute who weighs 130 pounds, a truly majestic and large breed. However, the image I received was perplexingly of a pink dog with green eyes, framed in a broken picture frame.
While the inner design of the frame had a certain charm, it completely misrepresented my dog. You see, my canine companion is predominantly black and white, with only hints of pink on her nose and tongue. Unfortunately, the depiction I received bore no resemblance to her true colors.
I find myself at a loss for words, particularly considering the substantial amount of money I invested in this custom art piece. It’s hard to fathom how one could misinterpret such a simple request. I have never seen a pink dog before, and I am profoundly disappointed with both the wait and the final outcome of this delivery. DO BETTER!!!!!
