I ordered these on July 13, 2026. I received them September 14, 2026 three months. It was definitely worth the weight they captured every bit of her.

The entire process was nerve racking. I ordered 10 weeks ago so I would be sure to get them for my daughter's birthday. Was supposed to be a 6 week process. Finally received them today, the day before I fly to see my daughter. I have been giving negative comments about their service on the Facebook sites, and sending scathing emails, but after finally receiving them, they are things of beauty!! So well made and lovely renditions of my daughter with her two rainbow kitties.

If I could give this experience no stars, I would. Worst company ever. I ordered two mosaics glass wall art pictures of my dogs for memorial purposes. They took my money, created the shipping label and almost three months later, nothing. Oh sure, they were quick to contact me after I posted an initial review on this page, reassuring that my items were almost completed and would be sent out soon. That was almost a month ago and the tracking hasn’t moved. I’m done and will be getting my money back. Luckily, my credit card backs my decision. Update: this company proved they are a scam even further today by telling my credit card company they’ll go ahead and refund half of my money! Half? I never received the product and the tracking information is bogus. So why not full refund? Because they’re thieves! Nice try. But you are getting none of my hard earned money. I stand by my original decision to warn others to stay far far away from this company.

The product itself was lovely but unfortunately the packaging was inadequate and the plaque was broken. Devastated.

The products turned out great. The issue I had was not receiving them in a timely matter. Missed giving them for Mother’s Day and birthdays, so I’ll give them for Christmas. Still waiting to receive one more. I’ll still order another.

This picture is supposed to be made of pieces of glass and it’s one big glob. It took over two months to arrive in Houston and one of the four things that I ordered from this company is installed with no label and nobody knows where it is and I’ve already paid a lot for all four of these over two months ago so they’re definitely misrepresented on Facebook and somebody needs to make a note on Facebook

This is really a very nice piece and the ordering was very simple with a photo upload. I ordered the 12” but in hindsight I should have got the bigger one. I will be ordering another one for a Christmas present. I’d give 5 stars if the delivery time was better. Also, too many emails basically saying, Keep waiting.

Love it so very much. The only reason I’m giving only 4 stars is because I wish I had, had the option to put their names on the top corner. Also it took so long to get. BUT ! It’s amazing and we love it. I’d show photos but I don’t think there’s an option.

I’m extremely disappointed with the finished product. I waited much longer than expected and remained patient because I was hoping the final product would be worth the wait. Unfortunately, what I received does not look like the sample that was originally presented to me.

The sample appeared to have a dark wood frame, a glass finish, and a solid gold-colored name. However, the product I received has a light wood frame, plastic instead of glass, and the name is made from clear-colored plastic rather than the solid gold appearance shown in the sample.

This is not what I expected or agreed to based on the sample provided. After waiting so long, I’m very disappointed with both the quality and the significant difference between the sample and the finished product. The ideal of getting this photo, gave me peace with dealing with my dog’s death. I would appreciate an explanation and a resolution to this issue.

I received my long awaited artwork today and I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. When comparing the final product to what the mock up generated on your site looked like the actual product falls short. This is a boxed etched plastic image that is shadowboxed with a piece of plastic over it -instead of glass - and the plastic that I received is etched and scratched and warped. I was expecting a 3-D glass mosaic. Not what I expected for the $130.

Very disappointing and misleading. I waited two whole months for this ridiculous item , and I honestly can’t believe this is what I received. The advertisement makes it look three-dimensional and raised, but in reality, it’s just a printed picture inside a very cheap, low-quality frame. It doesn’t even have real glass—just a flimsy plastic sheet.

I waited two months for something that looks nothing like what was advertised. The quality is terrible, and the advertising is extremely misleading. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

Hello, I had a dog portrait made from glass and even though it took a while to arrive the wait was well worth it absolutely fantastic piece of art very well made portrait of my Dalmatian dog stunning colours and will really stand out on the wall and well worth the price for a job very well done thankyou so much to everyone at tedooo brilliant work thankyou

Doesn’t look anything like the digital image they supplied, glass is too light and pieces are double the size in the image so it loses the character. Also took 9 weeks to arrive so missed the birthday event.

I really can’t even give this place a one star it took forever to receive my item. It cost $130 and it’s a piece of crap and I am not exaggerating. It is not cut glass at all. It’s some kind of plastic put on the back of a canvas and the frame is cheap and the cover over the frame is not glass. It’s a cheap thin plastic. The whole thing is plastic and the whole thing is a piece of crap… I asked to return it. They’re giving me the runaround. Trust me do not buy from this company. You will be very, very, very disappointed. It is not the beautiful glass. They show advertise on Facebook and on their website. It looks nothing like that.

I was charged 80.00 usd for a product that never arrived. They strung me along to make me believe it was still coming. Then, finally acknowledge it probably won't. But now it's past my credit card period to dispute the charge.

I was extremely hopeful when I ordered from this company on July 25th. I read the reviews on the website and felt that they were legitimate and weren't proctored. I reached out to customer service on August 15th hoping to get an update on my order. I received an email the day after I placed my order, with the email saying they would send me a picture of what it was going to look like prior to making. I never received the picture. That was the first clue that something was wrong.
Instead of getting somebody from this company to message me back, I was prompted to have communication with an AI bot. And for the next 2 weeks, the AI bot was the only form of communication I had with this company. They kept saying they were going to escalate my request to their supervisors but nothing ever came out of it. DAILY I reached out asking to speak to a person, but was met with the generated AI bought response of " we've escalated this to our supervisors and apologize for the inconvenience"
Finally on Aug 28th, I received an updated email letting me know my product was completed and on its way to me. Still did not have a photo of the finished product like promised, nonetheless I was just excited to get the email saying my product was on the way. Here we are , September 11th, and my product finally made it to my door. I was so excited to open it and see how great it was going to look because I waited so long to get it.
When I opened the box I was met with what looks like a printer generated picture of my dog's head and cricket style plastic carefully placed on top of it. Granted it's raised so it looks like it could be some sort of glass material but it's definitely not glass. Not to mention the picture is in a box frame with the outer "clear glass" warped. It's not glass at all, its a thin plastic material made to look like glass. And due to what I can only assume is extensive traveling and sitting in warehouses, it warped from the heat.

To have waited all this time, not have any communication with the maker or an actual customer service person, and then get the product to find that it looks like it was made by a high schooler in graphic arts class, at best, is beyond disappointing. For $130, I expected a lot more.

If you order from this company please beware. There may be good reviews on here with the few that lucked out but for the most part this company does not communicate, and their products are lackluster.

Very disappointing purchase. The item was advertised as mosaic glass dog art, but what I received looked like a poorly made 3D-printed plastic piece rather than individual glass pieces. The material and finish resembled melted spaghetti, and the quality was not what I expected from the listing.

The order was also repeatedly delayed. After waiting five weeks, I was told that the finished item had a flaw and that production was starting over. The long delay, poor appearance, and lack of quality made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it.

First of all, it’s not mosaic tile or any kind of tile. It’s plastic. It’s printed out into little square made it look like tile. But it’s just one piece or sheet glued onto a piece of wood. That was very disappointing. Although the photo that I sent turned out very well on the product they printed or made whatever they did, but it definitely was not tile. Ordered it on June 27 and it took 7 1/2 weeks to get it. My card got charged but I thinking it was a scam. Disappointed that it wasn’t real tile. And it is not worth the cost for sure.
