Very disappointing purchase
Very disappointing purchase. The item was advertised as mosaic glass dog art, but what I received looked like a poorly made 3D-printed plastic piece rather than individual glass pieces. The material and finish resembled melted spaghetti, and the quality was not what I expected from the listing.
The order was also repeatedly delayed. After waiting five weeks, I was told that the finished item had a flaw and that production was starting over. The long delay, poor appearance, and lack of quality made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it.

Not real tile
First of all, it’s not mosaic tile or any kind of tile. It’s plastic. It’s printed out into little square made it look like tile. But it’s just one piece or sheet glued onto a piece of wood. That was very disappointing. Although the photo that I sent turned out very well on the product they printed or made whatever they did, but it definitely was not tile. Ordered it on June 27 and it took 7 1/2 weeks to get it. My card got charged but I thinking it was a scam. Disappointed that it wasn’t real tile. And it is not worth the cost for sure.

I have marks on the plastic cover ,I…
I have marks on the plastic cover ,I got to replace it .If they would have chosen a different color around the picture it would have high lighted the artwork better. Dose not look like what I ordered for my wife .I ordered 3 pictures 1 each of our 3 Maine Coons. Only have received 2 of the 3 after weeks of waiting. On top haven to replace the aka as front glass.

Final product was a disappointment
The initial product during purchase is an AI generated product that totally does not match the final artwork. For example my original image shows glass pieces which were clearly opaque whitish in color where the final product has transparent glass lacking the color.

Save your money
I ordered a stained glass work of my dog. It "went into production" minutes after placing the order and sent me a mock up. Weeks went by without an update. I tried to cancel and was unable to do so, because my work was in production. When the order finally arrived it was nothing at all like what was promised. I have been begging for a refund, but all I was promised was a new/improved product. I'm not holding my breath for the new product, IF it ever arrives.
Update- still no update on shipment, I doubt the replacement is coming, and I still haven’t gotten the refund I’ve requested.

The product I received was not what was advertised.
The product I received was not what I expected based on the advertising. Instead of the individual pieces of glass being cut and arranged to create the portrait, it looks like my dog’s photo was printed underneath and pieces of clear glass were placed over it.
The advertising made me believe I was purchasing an actual handcrafted glass portrait of my dog, not a printed photo covered with glass. The finished product looks nothing like what I thought I was paying for, especially for the price.
Very disappointing and absolutely not worth what I paid.

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. Purchased what I thought was going to be two 3D glass mosaics portraits of our dog. He was recently diagnosed with cancer and we wanted some beautiful memorials of him. Over $300 and 2 months later one of the two arrived and it looks literally NOTHING as advertised. There are no carefully placed glasses pieces, but rather a cheap looking epoxy pour against a heavily pixelated background that was supposed to be fabric backdrop. The image itself looks to have been stamped into the plastic. Absolutely false advertising in every way. Their website should be shut down.
I had my own fears after long delays in shipping made me start to look for reviews.... I started seeing others with the same issues and immediately attempted to cancel the order. They denied my request. Will be reporting this to my credit card company as it's fraud. I saved all the images of what it was supposed to look like and then what I received two months later.
